Claims (14)
- Stülpfilterzentrifuge mit einer in einem Gehäuse (14) freitragend drehbar gelagerten Filtertrommel (1), mit einem, deren freie Stirnseite verschließenden, in Axialrichtung der Filtertrommel (1) verschiebbaren Filtertrommeldeckel (10), mit einer im Filtertrommeldeckel (10) vorgesehenen Einfüllöffnung (13) für die zu filtrierende Suspension, mit einem die Einfüllöffnung durchdringenden, in die Einfüllöffnung (13) abdichtend aufnehmbaren und in ihr radial gelagerten, axial verschiebbaren Füllrohr (18), dessen freies Ende sich im Betriebszustand bei geschlossenem Filtertrommeldeckel (10) in den von der Filtertrommel umschlossenen Filterraum (16) öffnet, mit einem auf dem Füllrohr im Bereich von dessen freiem Ende in Axialrichtung ortsfest und um das Füllrohr (18) drehbar gelagerten Dichtungskopf, mit einer zwischen dem Dichtungskopf (22) und dem Füllrohr-Außenumfang angeordneten dynamischen Dichtung, mit einer zwischen dem Dichtungskopf (22) und dem Filtertrommeldeckel (10) angeordneten statischen Dichtung zum gegenseitig abdichtenden und relativ zueinander im wesentlichen drehfesten Eingriff, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dynamische Dichtung eine aus zwei, einen Dichtungsraum (41) einschließenden Gleitringdichtungen (33,37) besteht, von denen jede jeweils aus einem umlaufenden Gleitring (35,39) und einem drehfesten Gleitring (34,38) mit jeweils senkrecht zur Drehachse stehenden Stirnflächen besteht, jeder umlaufende Gleitring (35,39) axial verschiebbar mittels einer Stellfeder (36,40) gegen den drehfesten Gleitring (34,38) gedrückt ist, der Dichtungsraum (41) an eine Sperrmedium-Versorgungsleitung (42) angeschlossen ist, die durch das drehfeste Füllrohr (18) nach außen geführt ist.
- Stülpfilterzentrifuge nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Füllrohr (18) ein einen zum Filterraum geschlossenen Hohlraum (31) einschließendes doppelwandiges Rohr ist, bei dem zumindest die Sperrmedium-Versorgungleitung (42) durch den Hohlraum (31) geführt ist.
- Stülpfilterzentrifuge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dichtungsraum (41) innerhalb eines Sperrmedium-Kreislaufes liegt, dessen aus der Sperrmedium-Versorgungleitung (42) bestehende Vorlaufleitung und die Rücklaufleitung durch das drehfeste Füllrohr (18) nach außen geführt sind.
- Stülpfilterzentrifuge nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrmedium-Vorlaufleitung (42) durch den Hohlraum (31) in den Dichtungsraum (42) geführt ist und der Hohlraum (31) als Rücklaufleitung fungiert.
- Stülpfilterzentrifuge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dichtungsraum (41) innerhalb von wenigstens einer Kreislaufleitung liegt, deren Vorlaufleitung und Rücklaufleitung durch das Füllrohr (18) geführt sind.
- Stülpfilterzentrifuge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druck des Sperrmediums unter Berücksichtigung des Druckes im Filterraum (1') nach der Maßgabe bestimmt ist, daß sich jeweils zwischen dem umlaufenden und dem drehfesten Gleitring (35,39; 34,38) ein Spalt ausbildet, der aufgrund der Kapillarwirkung des Sperrmediums von diesem gefüllt wird, ohne daß Sperrmedium in den Filterraum (1') gelangt.
- Stülpfilterzentrifuge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dem drehfesten Gleitring (34,38) abgewandte Ringfläche des umlaufenden Gleitrings (35,39) als vom Druck des Sperrmediums beaufschlagbare Ringkolbenfläche (35',39') fungiert.
- Stülpfilterzentrifuge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sperrmedium ein mit dem zu verarbeitenden Produkt verträgliches Medium ist.
- Stülpfilterzentrifuge nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch den Hohlraum (31) eine in den Filterraum (1') mündende Druckgasleitung geführt ist.
- Stülpfilterzentrifuge nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hohlraum (31) eine in den Filterraum (1') mündende Öffnung aufweist und als Druckgasleitung fungiert.
- Stülpfilterzentrifuge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sperrmedium ein Gas ist, das über eine durch das Füllrohr (18) geleitete Zuführleitung dem Dichtungsraum (41) und gleichzeitig über eine als Drossel ausgeführte Öffnung (31') dem Filterraum (1') zugeführt wird.
- Stülpfilterzentrifuge nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drossel als ein den Gasdurchgang vom Filtratraum (1') zur Zuführleitung bzw. zum Dichtungsraum (41) sperrendes Rückschlagventil ist.
- Stülpfilterzentrifuge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sperrmedium ein Gas ist, das über eine durch das Füllrohr (18) geleitete Zuführleitung dem Dichtungsraum (41) und dem Filterraum (1') ohne Drossel zugeführt wird, wobei zwischen Dichtungsraum (41) und Feststoffraum (16) ein mit einer Drossel versehener Durchgang angeordnet ist.
- Stülpfilterzentrifuge nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drossel als ein den Gasdurchgang vom Feststoffraum (16) zum Dichtungsraum (41) sperrendes Rückschlagventil ist.
