Abstract

Ein Lockenwickler (10) besteht aus einer Anzahl Röhren (14,18), die teleskopartig ausziehbar sind. Jeder Rohrpaarung ist eine Führungseinrichtung zugeordnet, die aus einem Längsschlitz (24) in einer Röhre (14) und einem radial nach innen weisenden Führungszapfen (26) der größeren Röhre (18) besteht. Die Röhren (14, 18) sind endseitig offen und haben einen Gitterwerkmantel aus einander kreuzenden Stegen (20) und dazwischen liegenden großflächigen Durchbrüchen (22). Der Lockenwickler (10) kann auf eine, der jeweiligen Haarlänge entsprechende Länge ausgezogen werden. Ein Haarbündel paßt auf einen einzigen Lockenwickler. Beim Lockenwickeln wird somit Arbeitszeit gespart. Außerdem ermöglicht der Lockenwickler das Legen kleiner und großer und auch spiralförmiger Locken.
