Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung (1) zum Bördeln mindestens eines Randes eines Dosenkörpers (C) mit mindestens einem Bördelwerkzeug (27), bestehend aus einem Werkzeuginnenteil (20) mit einer Bördelkontur und einem Werkzeugaußenteil (14) mit einer inneren Begrenzungskontur (15) für den zu bördelnden Rand, wobei das Werkzeuginnenteil (20) an einer um eine Achse (13) rotierenden Welle (12) angeordnet ist, und aus einem koaxial zur Achse (13) angeordneten Gegenwerkzeug (27'),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Werkzeuginnenteil (20) auf einem an der um die Achse (13) drehbaren Welle (12) befindlichen Wellenzapfen (17) drehbar innerhalb des Werkzeugaußenteils (Bördelhülse 14) gelagert ist, wobei die Mittelachse (19) des Wellenzapfens (17) gegenüber der Achse (13) um einen Winkel (α) geneigt ist und die Achse (13) in einem Punkt (S) schneidet, der in einer gedachten Ebene durch die Bördelfläche (23) liegt,daß das Werkzeugaußenteil (14) separat ausgebildet und an einer - in bezug auf die Achse (13) - nicht drehbaren hülsenförmigen Pinole (7) um die Welle (12) gehalten istund daß das Werkzeuginnenteil (20) an einem Drehen um die Achse (13) durch einen Formschluß (24/26) mit dem nicht drehbaren Werkzeugaußenteil (14) gehindert ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gegenwerkzeug (27') ebenfalls als Bördelwerkzeug ausgebildet ist, wobei die Mittelachsen (19, 19') der winklig angeordneten Wellenzapfen (17, 17') mit den Achsen (13, 13') jeweils in einer gedachten Ebene liegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formschluß zwischen dem Werkzeuginnenteil (20) und dem Werkzeugaußenteil (14) durch einen im Werkzeugaußenteil (14) angeordneten Stift (24) und einen der Umfangsfläche (25) des Werkzeuginnenteils (20) angeordnet Längsnut (26) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Umfangsfläche (25) von der Bördelfläche (23) weg konisch verjüngt ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Umfangsfläche (25) des Werkzeuginnenteils (20) kugelförmig ausgebildet ist, wobei der Mittelpunkt der Kugelfläche im Schnittpunkt (S) der Achsen 13 und 19 liegt.
