Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Regelung der Ausgangsfeuchte des von einer Löse-/Konditionier- und gegebenenfalls SoßierTrommel (28) aufbereiteten Tabaks mit den folgenden Merkmalen: In den Eintragbereich der Trommel (28) wird durch eine erste Düse (30) eine Wasserdurchflußmenge eingespritzt, die in Abhängigkeit von dem Soll-Wert für die Tabakausgangsfeuchte und den Ist-Werten für den Tabakmassenstrom, Dampfdurchfluß und die Tabakeingangsfeuchte berechnet wird; und im Auslaßbereich der Trommel wird durch eine zweite Düse (34) eine Wassermenge eingespritzt, deren Soll-Wert in Abhängigkeit von dem Soll- und Ist-Wert für die Tabakausgangsfeuchte geregelt wird.
