Claims (7)
- Verfahren zum Zuführen von Druckfarbe im Farbwerk von Druckmaschinen mit einem Farbkasten dem zum dosierten Befüllen eine Kartusche (1) zugeordnet ist, die einen einen verschiebbaren Kartuschenkolben (5) aufweist, der zum Auspressen pneumatisch beaufschlagt wird, und die am anderen Ende eine verschließbare Austrittsöffnung (20) aufweist, der ein Kartuschenventil (7, 13, 19) zugeordnet ist, wobei die Kartusche (1) in einer Halterung (2) mit einem steuerbaren Pneumatikanschluß (4) angeordnet ist.
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Kartusche (1) mit einem pneumatischen Arbeitsdruck beaufschlagt wird,daß die Stellung des Kartuschenkolbens (5) ermittelt wird,daß das Kartuschenventil (7) geöffnet wird,daß der Kartuschenkolben (5) in eine voreingestellte Soll-Position verfahren wird unddaß bei Erreichen dieser Position das Kartuschenventil (7) geschlossen wird. - Vorrichtung zum Zuführen von Druckfarbe im Farbwerk von Druckmaschinen mit einem Farbkasten, dem zum dosierten Befüllen eine Kartusche (1) zugeordnet ist, die einen verschiebbaren Kartuschenkolben (5) aufweist, der zum Auspressen pneumatisch beaufschlagt wird, und die am anderen Ende eine verschließbare Austrittsöffnung (20) aufweist, der ein Kartuschenventil (7, 13, 19) zugeordnet ist, wobei die Kartusche (1) in einer Halterung (2) mit einem steuerbaren Pneumatikanschluß (4) angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im oberen Teil der Halterung (2) ein Abstandsensor (6) zur Ermittlung der Stellung des Kartuschenkolbens (5) vorgesehen ist,
unddaß pneumatische Stellmittel zum Öffnen des Kartuschenventils (7, 13, 19) vorgesehen sind, wobei die Druckbeaufschlagung der Kartusche und der Stellmittel getrennt erfolgt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstandsensor (6) als Ultraschallsensor ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kartuschenventil (7) als Hubventil ausgebildet ist, das über Druckbeaufschlagung steuerbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kartuschenventil als Schlauchquetschventil (13) ausgebildet ist, das über Druckbeaufschlagung steuerbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kartuschenventil als Drehventil (19) ausgebildet ist, das über einen Pneumatikzylinder steuerbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kartuschenventil (7, 13, 19) an der Halterung (2) angeordnet ist.
