Abstract

Zur Durchführung des Verfahrens zum Regeln der Feuerleistung einer Verbrennungsanlage ist der Feuerrost (1) mit mehreren Unterwindzonen (7.1 bis 7.5) ausgerüstet, wobei zur Ermittlung des Regelsignals die Unterwindzone (z.B. 7.2) am Anfang der Hauptverbrennungszone mit den entsprechenden Meßeinrichtungen, nämlich einem Temperaturfühler (17) und einem Druckfühler (19) sowie die dazugehörige Luftzuführungsleitung (z.B. 8.2) mit einer Mengenmeßeinrichtung (18) ausgerüstet ist. Im Feuerraum (3) ist ein weiterer Druckfühler (20) vorgesehen, um die statische Druckdifferenz zwischen der Unterwindzone und dem Feuerraum feststellen zu können. Die Meßwerte dieser Meßeinrichtung werden einem Zentralrechner ZR zugeführt, der gegebenenfalls unter Berücksichtigung eines Strömungsbeiwertes α ein Regelsignal R an eine Regeleinrichtung RE ausgibt, die mit den verschiedenen Stelleinrichtungen (21 bis 24) in Verbindung steht, um die Schürgeschwindigkeit des Rostes, die Brennstoffaufgabemenge, die Austragsmenge der Schlacke und gegebenenfalls die Luftmenge zu den einzelnen Unterwindzonen zu beeinflussen.
