Claims (10)
- Breitseite einer Brammenkokille, mit einer Gießplatte (1) mit einer Innenfläche (2) und einer der Innenfläche (2) gegenüberliegenden Außenfläche (3), wobei die Breitseite einen oberen und einen unteren Teilbereich (4, 5) aufweist, wobei zumindest der obere Teilbereich (4) einen Mittelbereich (6) und zwei seitlich des Mittelbereichs (6) angeordnete Seitenbereiche (7, 8) aufweist,
dadurch gekenzeichnet,
daß die Innenfläche (2) der Gießplatte (1) zur Bildung von Kühlkanälen Nuten (9) mit Hinterschneidungen (10) aufweist und daß die Nuten (9) von Füllstücken (11) formschlüssig abgedeckt sind, die in die Hinterschneidungen (10) eingeführt sind. - Breitseite nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekenzeichnet,
daß der obere Teilbereich (4) relativ zum unteren Teilbereich (5) zumindest im Mittelbereich (6) geknickt ist und daß die Füllstücke (11) zumindest im Mittelbereich (6) in obere und untere Teilfüllstücke (12, 13) aufgeteilt sind. - Breitseite nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekenzeichnet,
daß die Füllstücke (11) an ihren den Nuten (9) abgewandten Seiten Überbrückungsansätze (14) aufweisen, so daß benachbarte Füllstücke (11) aneinander anstoßen. - Breitseite nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekenzeichnet,
daß die Füllstücke (11) mehrerer Nuten (9) zu einer Füllstückgruppe (15, 16, 17) zusammengefaßt sind. - Breitseite nach Anspruch 2 und 4,
dadurch gekenzeichnet,
daß die unteren Teilfüllstücke (13) zu einer einzigen unteren Teilfüllstückgruppe (15) zusammengefaßt sind. - Breitseite nach Anspruch 2 und 4 oder 2 und 5,
dadurch gekenzeichnet,
daß die in den Seitenbereichen (7, 8) angeordneten oberen Teilfüllstücke (12) zu zwei seitlichen Teilfüllstückgruppen (16, 17) zusammengefaßt sind. - Breitseite nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekenzeichnet,
daß die Füllstücke (11) aus einem anderen Material bestehen als die Gießplatte (1). - Breitseite nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekenzeichnet,
daß die Füllstücke (11)aus Stahl bestehen und die Gießplatte (1) aus Kupfer besteht. - Breitseite nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekenzeichnet,
daß die Füllstücke (11) in den Nuten (9) mit Schrauben befestigt sind. - Breitseite nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekenzeichnet,
daß die Füllstücke (11) an ihren den Nuten (9) abgewandten Seiten Gewinde (18) für Befestigungsbolzen aufweisen.
