Abstract

Gegenstand der Erfindung sind im Motorrennsport einsetzbare Signalfahnen, die vom Streckenposten an den Rennstrecken gezeigt bzw. geschwenkt werden und jeweils aus einem farbigen Fahnentuch (3) sowie aus einem Fahnenstiel (2) mit Handgriff (7) bestehen. Zumindest am Fahnenstiel (2) jeder Fahne ist mindestens ein Leuchtelement (1) vorzugsweise in Form eines elektrischen Blinkstrahlers angeordnet, das Licht in der Farbe des Fahnentuchs (3) mit hoher Leuchtstärke ausstrahlt. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein Signalsystem für den Motorrennsport mit derartigen Signalfahnen, daß eine gemeinsame Ablage (6) mit Halterungen (13) für die einzelnen Signalfahnen, eine zusätzliche Blinkanlage (20) mit in den Farben der Signalfahnen strahlenden Blinklichtern (21) sowie ein elektrisches Steuergerät (5) für den Betrieb der Signalfahnen und der Blinkanlage (20) aufweist.
