Definitions
- the invention relates to a childproof packaging for tablets, capsules and the like.
- Pharmaceutical products with a blister pack with at least a bowl closed by means of a push-through cover film for receiving the tablets or capsules.
- Blister packs in particular have been used to package tablets and capsules enforced.
- the so-called blister packs are widespread, where the tablet from a bowl in the bottom part of the packaging is pressed through a cover film.
- a cover film is removed by peeling it off.
- Yet other blister packs have a notch as a tear-open aid.
- Packaging that can only be opened with increased effort are childproof, but can also be a problem for seniors.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of child-resistant packaging of the type mentioned at the outset by seniors without difficulty can be opened. Basically it's about packaging To be designed so that a combination ability to open them is required, or that simultaneous or complex movements are carried out Need to become.
- a first solution to the problem according to the invention is that the an intermediate part with a blister packaging arranged and the intermediate part is covered by a cover part, wherein the lid film of the blister pack is directed against the intermediate part, and that between the bottom part or blister pack and the intermediate part a first Pressure sensitive adhesive and a second pressure sensitive adhesive between the intermediate part and the cover part is arranged, the second pressure sensitive adhesive in the sealed outer packaging a lower compared to the first pressure sensitive adhesive and after separation of the Cover part of the intermediate part a higher than the first pressure sensitive adhesive Has adhesive strength.
- a second solution to the problem according to the invention is that the an intermediate part with a blister packaging arranged and the intermediate part partially by a removable partition is covered and a cover part rests on the separating part, the cover film the blister pack is directed against the intermediate part, and that between Bottom part or blister pack and intermediate part a first pressure sensitive adhesive, between A second pressure sensitive adhesive between the separating part and the separating part and between not intermediate part covered by the separating part as well as separating part and cover part third pressure sensitive adhesive is arranged, the third pressure sensitive adhesive facing one the first pressure sensitive adhesive less and the second pressure sensitive adhesive opposite the first pressure sensitive adhesive has higher adhesive strength.
- the blister packaging can be used to achieve a higher stability of the packaging in the outer packaging between a bottom part and the intermediate part arranged and the first pressure sensitive adhesive between the bottom part or blister pack and intermediate part can be arranged.
- a third solution to the problem according to the invention is that the Blister packaging in an outer packaging between a base part and one Cover part arranged, the cover part covered by a closure part and the closure part is overlapped by a tear-open part, the cover film the blister pack is directed against the cover part, and that at closed outer packaging between bottom part or blister packaging and Cover part a first pressure sensitive adhesive and between bottom part and closure part second pressure sensitive adhesive is arranged, the second pressure sensitive adhesive facing one another the first pressure sensitive adhesive has higher adhesive strength and the closure part closed outer packaging around a first fold line and when opening the Outer packaging is folded around a second fold line, and after folding of the closure part around the second fold line of the second pressure sensitive adhesive between Closure part and cover part is arranged.

- the solution to the problem is the connection between the first cover part and the blister pack or the base part and between the second cover part and the closure part separable glued or sealed.
- the solution to the problem is a pressure sensitive adhesive with the outer packaging closed between the first cover part and the blister pack or the base part and between the second cover part and the closure part and after the Open the outer packaging after pulling on the gripping tabs between the arranged between the cover parts or between the base part and the closure part, wherein in this open position of the outer packaging, the cover film over the The bowl of the blister pack is opposite the removal opening.
- the common element on which the four solutions according to the invention are based The principle lies in the use of adhesives with different adhesive strengths or separable, glued or sealed laminates.
- the opening of the invention Packaging requires a combination ability in the Meaning that before pressing the tablet different parts of the packaging must be detached from each other and pressed against each other again.
- the bowl of the blister pack protrudes preferably from the plane formed by the bottom part to the outside from, in the simplest case the bowl of the blister pack opening in Penetrates the bottom part. If the bottom part is made of a deformable material, a bowl can also be molded out of this and the bowl of the blister packaging be arranged in the bowl of the bottom part.
- the outer packaging can be cost-effectively made from a single one Make the cut.
- At least two packs can be combined into multi-portion packs be, the individual packs into a strip pack lined up and preferably from the strip pack along one Line of weakness, preferably a perforation line, can be separated.
- foil-like materials are metal foils such as for example aluminum foils.
- film-shaped materials are paper, semi-cardboard and cardboard.
- Plastic-containing ones are also particularly important Foils, e.g. based on polyolefins, such as polyethylene or Polypropylenes, polyamides, polyvinyl chloride, polyesters such as polyalkylene terephthalates and especially polyethylene terephthalate.
- the plastic ones Foils can be monofilms made of plastics, laminates made of two or more Plastic films, laminates of metal and plastic films, laminates of Papers and plastic films or laminates made of paper and metal and Be plastic films.
