Definitions
- the invention relates to a portable lamp, consisting of at least a lamp, which is received in a holder and via a Supply line can be acted upon by voltage, with a around the illuminant arranged at least partially translucent lampshade.
- Generic portable lights are available as hand or free-standing lights are known and are preferred for the temporary illumination of Rooms or exposed surfaces. According to the intended Intended use can be luminaires with low power or trade luminaires with up to 1000 watts and more. Latter are preferred in the outdoor area for illumination, for example one Construction site, accident sites, major damage situations or sporting events used.
- one of the European patent applications EP 0 834 693 known lamp equipped with a balloon in which the balloon envelope is used for diffuse light scattering and by an internal one Compressor creates an overpressure within the balloon envelope.
- the balloon envelope is pre-tensioned and suitably Pressure sensors measured the existing pressure. With sufficient internal pressure the lamp is switched on or off via a safety circuit.
- the balloon envelope each can easily be damaged and cracks depending on the intended use or holes, for example due to flying metal chips in the construction industry or caused by glowing ashes during fire service operations. Smaller ones Holes or tears in the textile balloon envelope affect the lighting not, but the pressure loss leads to an early switch-off the lamp by the pressure difference sensor.
- the object of the present invention is a generic transportable To create a lamp that avoids the known disadvantages and above guaranteed permanent and reliable function.
- the holder rod-shaped and at least partially from the lampshade is enclosed, the lampshade by movable clamping means is held, which is in the usable condition by the lamp moved away, lie along the curvature of the lampshade.
- the existing lampshade which is at least partially around the bracket extends and can of course also cover them completely, be reliably clamped.
- the ones used are preferably used here Clamping devices arranged so that they are in working condition the portable lamp from the bracket and thus from the illuminant be moved away and after the tensioning process along the curvature of the lampshade. After using the portable lamp the tensioning means can be relaxed for further transport so that the lampshade collapses and that used material for the lampshade can be folded can. This creates a handy, cylindrical shape of the portable Luminaire that is stored in a confined space or possibly transported can be.
- the lamp is further characterized by a lamp with high light intensity so that the preferred area of application outdoors, for sporty or cultural events, accidents or natural disasters or night work.
- These lights are preferred Illuminants in the form of halogen or metal halide lamps with high light intensity used, with the lampshade a glare-free and diffuse light is created.
- the open lampshade is further a sufficiently large safety distance from the lamp ensures where the radius of the lampshade is determined by the clamping means becomes.
- the spring-loaded lampshade is therefore a safe one and reliable working of the lamp achieved because in particular no pressure monitoring inside the lampshade is necessary.
- the lamp for rescue and rescue as mobile tent lighting or as film or photo light and if necessary use as a mobile military light. Because of the high portability the lamp is particularly practical for transportation by car suitable.
- the lampshade from a consists of elliptical to spherical balloon envelope, which completely the illuminant surrounds.
- a completely closed balloon envelope Such a lamp can be used, for example, as construction site lighting be used in road traffic without the passing traffic is blinded.
- the glare is reduced in such a way that not only objects or people are seen in the light cone of the lamp but also areas behind the lamp are visible. This gives, for example, the possibility of hand signals or the like to be perceived by people behind the lamp.
- the balloon envelope consists of two halves, preferably the upper half of one reflective textile material and the lower half of a translucent, for example translucent, material, which makes a Downward light concentration is guaranteed.
- the invention provided that the two balloon shell halves by for example a Velcro fastener, button placket or zipper are interconnected.
- the Velcro fastener thus enables Open the two halves of the balloon and access the inside of the portable lamp, for example to replace the lamp.
- the balloon shell halves may differ can be combined with each other or, in the event of damage, one or other half can be replaced without major problems.
- the Clamping devices made of several individual springs, for example spring steel wires, Flat spring tape, fiberglass or carbon rods.
- springs By using it of springs becomes a safe one in a simple but effective way Clamping the balloon envelope causes, which also in the event of damage the textile shell is maintained.
- three or more clamping means distributed circumferentially around the bracket.
- a number of four or six springs is preferably used, however, a much larger number is used without further ado can be.
- the decisive factor here is the number of springs used the size of the balloon envelope, so that with smaller portable lights a lower number and preferred for larger portable lights a larger number of individual springs can be used.
- the holder at least at one end from a rod with a square cross section, for example made of aluminum or steel, and in the middle of the lamp is accommodated in a lamp base.
- a square Cross-section at least at one end of the holder can be a holding element be pushed on, which is held in a rotationally fixed manner and thus a Twisting of the clamping devices or springs prevented.
- the holding element can here by a locking means, for example in the form of a locking pin lock, be axially fixed in several positions on the bracket, whereby the lamp or the balloon cover is stretched to different degrees can be.
- a locking means is also necessary because the tensioned balloon envelope due to the existing back pressure the springs would move together with the holding element and thus a Relaxation would occur.
- a handle and the other a non-rotatable, but axial displaceable holding element is arranged.
- the lamp can thus over the handle held securely and after releasing the locking means and Moving the holding means are clamped.
- the clamping means at the end once on the handle or lamp base and once on the holding element are pivotally articulated, the handle or Luminaire base and the holding element on their facing surfaces, end faces or peripheral surfaces, with a variety of corresponding ones Hinges are fitted to accommodate the springs.
- the springs are thus when the holding element is moved the bracket an optimal adaptation of the spring elements to the existing Balloon envelope enabled and at the same time by a uniform circumferentially distributed Contact pressure evenly loads the balloon envelope achieved which, depending on the preload, an arcuate shape to the central axis take the holder and lie tight against the inside of the balloon envelope. According to the displacement of the holding element a spherical or elliptical shape of the balloon envelope is achieved.
- the springs can also be accommodated in sewn-in pockets of the balloon envelope can, whereby an automatic folding of the balloon envelope is achieved becomes.
- the present invention it is thus achieved that the technical Structure of the screen construction the balloon lamp due to the used Balloon material a pleasant one even with strong illuminants produces glare-free and diffuse light.
- Another advantage is the high portability to see, which by folding or relaxing the clamping means is given and the balloon envelope collapses leads.
- the luminaire can be moved to the place of use by simply moving the holding element on the central axis of the bracket in the desired shape Balloon envelope are brought by appropriate bias. Because of the large distance between the illuminant and the balloon envelope is damaging almost excluded by the lamp and above is also advantageous through the use of the clamping means permanent stretching of the balloon envelope even in the event of external damage the balloon envelope ensures.
- Figure 1 shows a side view of the lamp 1 according to the invention, which consists of a rod-shaped holder 2 and a lampshade 3.
- the lampshade 3 is over clamping means 4, which, for example, from Spring steel wire, spring band steel, fiberglass or carbon rods exist can, spanned in its shape, the clamping means 4 at one end a holding element 5 above the bracket and the other end on one Lamp base 6 are pivotally attached.
- clamping means 4 which, for example, from Spring steel wire, spring band steel, fiberglass or carbon rods exist can, spanned in its shape, the clamping means 4 at one end a holding element 5 above the bracket and the other end on one Lamp base 6 are pivotally attached.
- the holder 2 has in the central area the lamp base 6, which from a lower hollow cylinder 7, an upper cover plate 8 and the cylinder 7 and the cover plate 8 connecting circumferentially distributed rods 9 exists.
- the bars 9 run parallel to the longitudinal extent of the holder 2 and serve to protect the illuminant used Illuminant 10 is received in a socket 11 which is in the hollow cylinder 7 protrudes and, if necessary, is attached to a cylinder base and above hidden contact connections is connected to the feed line 12.
- the Supply line 12 leads to a transformer 13, which has a supply line 14 and a power plug 15 are connected to the local power grid can.
- a halogen lamp there is no need for a ballast.
- the bracket 2 further points at least above the lamp base 6 a square rod 16.
- a handle is underneath the lamp base 6 17 is attached.
- the holding element 5 has a corresponding one Recess 18 in which the upper square rod 16 is guided is.
- the holding element 5 is equipped with a locking pin lock 19, which engages in existing bores 27 of the square bar 16.
- a set screw which jamming of the holding element 5 due to the counter pressure generated the square bar 16 allows.
- Hinges 20 are fitted, which have a bearing pin 21 are pivotally attached.
- Two corresponding hinges each 20 furthermore take the ends of the clamping means 4, in the exemplary embodiment shown Spring steel wire, on.
- the spring steel wire as a clamping device 4 can, for example, be inserted into the hinges 20 and optionally be attached by other aids.
- the shape of the clamping means 4 is comparable to the degrees of longitude the globe.
- a balloon envelope is located above the clamping means 4 22, which is made in two parts corresponds to the lampshade 3.
- the upper half of the balloon envelope 22 consists, for example, of textile reflective Material, while the lower half of the balloon envelope 22 from a film, for example a translucent film, can exist.
- the radiation emitted by the illuminant 10 is from the upper Balloon envelope 22 reflected downward and through the translucent design
- the lower half of the balloon envelope 22 is a diffuse low glare light generated.
- the shape of the balloon envelope 22 is essentially determined by the position of the holding element 5 on the upper square bar 16 predetermined and leads when pushing up the holding element 5 to reduce the size Balloon envelope circumference or after switching off the lamp 1 this can be brought into a handy cylindrical shape.
- the two Balloon envelope halves 22 are here by means of a Velcro fastener 23 connected with each other and thus allow the exchange of only the upper one or lower balloon envelope half 22 or, if necessary, an exchange of the lamp 10.
- the lower handle 17 can be used to attach the Luminaire 1 can be designed as a tripod pin and thus enables attachment the lamp 1 on a tripod or possibly a larger one Stand, the lower handle 17 or tripod pin with the bottom of the Hollow cylinder is connected.
- the balloon envelope 22 is cut along the dashed line 24. In operational condition, exceptional and special Apart from use cases, the balloon envelope 22 extends over 360 ° around the holder 2 and thus the illuminant 10.
- FIG. 2 shows the lamp 1 according to the invention without a balloon envelope, the Holding element 5 after releasing the locking pin locks 19 relative to the Luminaire base 6 has been moved up. This causes relaxation the clamping means 4 and leads after switching off the lamp 1 to a system of the clamping means 4 on the lamp base 6 and enables further folding the balloon envelope 22, which is here is not shown.
- FIG. 3 shows the lamp 1 according to the invention in a balloon shape, the Luminous base 6 with illuminant 10 is only indicated schematically and from the balloon envelope 22, which in turn is stretched by the clamping means 4 is, is surrounded.
