Abstract

Anatomisch geformte Sitzschale, gekennzeichnet durch an Seitenprofilen (1, 2) befestigte Sitzbänder (6) -in der Skizze sind nur die vorderen 4 dargestellt- und durch eine Medianstütze (3), an der die Sitzbänder (6) ebenfalls befestigt sind. Durch selbsttätige Anpassung der Sitzbänder (6) an das individuelle Gesäßprofil der Benutzer wird eine hohe Sitzstabilität und eine hohe Gleichmäßigkeit der Sitzdruckverteilung erreicht. Der Abstand der Sitzbänder (6) voneinander sorgt in Verbindung mit einem auf gleiche Dicke geschnittenen offenporigen Schaumstoffpolster für ein sehr gutes Mikroklima. Für Großserienerzeugnisse wie Bürostühle, Auto- und Flugzeugsitze ist die Fertigung der Sitzschale aus einem Stück vorgesehen. Durch Anwendung von Tragbändern (4, 5) gibt es eine faltbare Variante der Sitzschale, die anstelle des Hängegurts aller Rollstühle eingesetzt werden kann.
