Claims (18)
- Gerät zum Auftragen einer Flüssigkeit, insbesondere Schreib- oder Kosmetikstift, miteinem hülsenförmigen Stiftschaft (1),einem zur Aufnahme der Flüssigkeit dienenden Behälter (5), dessen vorderes und hinteres Ende jeweils zur Be- und Entlüftung mit der Atmosphäre in Verbindung steht,einer Schreibspitze (2) aus einem kapillaren Material,einem mit Hilfe eines Kapillarmaterials (33) Flüssigkeit aus dem Behälter zur Schreibspitze leitenden Flüssigkeitsleitsystem (3), undeiner an dem hinteren Ende des Behälters (5) angeordneten Belüftungsöffnung (12), die in den Flüssigkeit enthaltenden Behälterinnenraum mündet und die von einer semipermeablen, für Luft durchlässigen, für die Flüssigkeit jedoch undurchlässigen Membran (13) verschlossen ist.

eine am vorderen Ende des Behälters (5) angeordnete Belüftungsöffnung (39), die durch eine semipermeable, für Luft durchlässige, für die Flüssigkeit jedoch undurchlässige Membran (40) verschlossen ist. - Auftragsgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Membranen (13, 14) an der Außen- oder Innenseite der Behälterwand angeordnet sind. - Auftragsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das eine Belüftungsöffnung aufweisende Bauteil ein Spritzgussteil mit darin eingegossener Membran (13a, 40a) ist. - Auftragsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Flüssigkeitsleitsystem (3) ein Rohr (30) mit einem im Wesentlichen radial abstehenden Flansch (23, 23a) umfasst, wobei der Flansch die vordere Stirnwand des Behälters (5) bildet. - Auftragsgerät nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rohr (30), der Flansch (23, 23a) und der Behälter (5) einstückig sind. - Auftragsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umfangswand des Behälters (5) von dem Stiftschaft (1) gebildet ist. - Auftragsgerät nach Anspruch 7,
gekennzeichnet durch
einen das hintere Ende des Stiftschaftes (1) verschließenden Stopfen (8), wobei zwischen der Stopfeninnenseite und der Schaftaußenseite ein mit der Atmosphäre kommunizierender Belüftungskanal (16) angeordnet ist. - Auftragsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
gekennzeichnet durch
einen separaten, im Stiftschaft (1) angeordneten Behälter (5a) : - Auftragsgerät nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Behälteraußenfläche und der Schaftinnenfläche (10) ein mit wenigstens einer hinteren Belüftungsöffnung (12a) kommunizierender Luftkanal (49) vorhanden ist. - Auftragsgerät nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Luftkanal (49) in einen mit der Atmosphäre kommunizierenden Hohlraum (38) mündet, der zwischen dem Rohr (30a) und einem dieses mit Radialabstand umgebenden, im Wesentlichen hülsenförmigen Spitzenteil (4a) angeordnet ist. - Auftragsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Belüftungsöffnung (12c, 39c) in der Umfangswand des Behälters (5c) angeordnet ist. - Auftragsgerät nach Anspruch 12,

eine zentrale Öffnung (66) in der vorderen Stirnwand der Patrone, in die das Rohr (30b) des Flüssigkeitsleitsystems (3b) mit seinem hinteren Ende lösbar eingesetzt ist. - Auftragsgerät nach Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durch,
eine Be- und Entlüftung des vorderen Behälterendes derart, dass die Schreibspitze (2) mit einem hinteren Längsabschnitt in dem Rohr (30d) einliegt, wobei in dem sich an die Schreibspitze (2) anschließenden Rohrinnenraum ein den Rohrinnenquerschnitt zu einem sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Flüssigkeitskanal (94) verengender Einsatz (93) angeordnet ist. - Auftragsgerät nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz (92) einen an der Rohrinnenwandung anliegenden Umfangsabschnitt und eine zwischen sich und der Rohrinnenwandung den Flüssigkeitskanal (94) freilassende Abflachung (93) aufweist. - Auftragsgerät nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querschnittsfläche des Flüssigkeitskanals zum Behälter hin abnimmt.
