Claims (9)
- Farbspritzpistole mit einer an einem Pistolenkörper (1) angeordneten Farbdüse (11), einer um die Farbdüse (11) angeordneten Luftdüse (21), einem innerhalb einer Kolbenbohrung (33) im Pistolenkörper (1) angeordneten Druckluftventil (31, 32) zur Steuerung der Druckluftzufuhr zur Luftdüse (21), einer durch einen Handgriff (2) des Pistolenkörpers (1) zur Kolbenbohrung (33) verlaufenden Druckluftbohrung (36) und einer im Handgriff (2) angeordneten Druckerfassungsund Druckanzeigeeinrichtung (45), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Druckluftbohrung (36) ein von deren Innenwand beabstandetes Rohr (38) angeordnet ist, das im Inneren einen Kanal (53) für die Druckluftzufuhr zu einem stromaufwärts des Druckluftventils (31, 32) angeordneten Teil der Kolbenbohrung (33) bildet und zwischen seiner Außenseite und der Innenwand der Druckluftbohrung (36) einen Zwischenraum (39) begrenzt, der über einen ersten Verbindungskanal (50) mit einem stromabwärts des Druckluftventils (31, 32) angeordneten Druckraum (28) und über einen zweiten Verbindungskanal (52) mit einer der Druckerfassungs- und Druckanzeigeeinrichtung (45) zugeordneten Druckmeßkammer (46) im Handgriff (2) verbunden ist.
- Farbspritzpistole nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Verbindungskanal eine zur Mittelachse der Druckluftbohrung (36) seitlich versetzte erste Verbindungsbohrung (50) ist, die von der Außenseite des Handgriffs (2) zu dem Druckraum (28) führt und in einem mittleren Bereich mit dem Zwischenraum (39) in Verbindung steht.
- Farbspritzpistole nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Verbindungsbohrung (50) an ihrem äußeren Ende durch eine Kugel (51) verschlossen ist.
- Farbspritzpistole nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Verbindungsbohrung (50) zumindest teilweise als Kapillarbohrung ausgebildet ist.
- Farbspritzpistole nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Verbindungskanal eine zweite Verbindungsbohrung (52) ist, die vom Eingang der Druckluftbohrung (36) schräg durch den Handgriff (2) zu der Druckmeßkammer (47) führt.
- Farbspritzpistole nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Verbindungsbohrung (52) zumindest teilweise als Kapillarbohrung ausgebildet ist.
- Farbspritzpistole nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den beiden Enden des Rohres (38) jeweils eine ringförmige Dichtung (40, 41) angeordnet ist, durch die der Zwischenraum (39) gegenüber dem Pistolenkörper (1) nach oben und unten abgedichtet ist.
- Farbspritzpistole nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohr (38) durch einen am Eingang der Druckluftbohrung (36) eingeschraubten Haltering (42) fixiert ist.
- Spritzpistole nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Eingang der Druckluftbohrung (36) ein mit dem Kanal (53) in Verbindung stehendes Luftanschlußstück (54) angeordnet ist.
