Claims (18)
- Reinigungseinrichtung (13) für ein Leimauftragsorgan (3), das Leim in einer Arbeitsposition (15) auf eine Materialbahn (12), insbesondere Papierbahn, aufbringt und in eine Reinigungspositon (16) in der Reinigungseinrichtung (13) bringbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Reinigung des Leimauftragsorgans (3) wenigstens ein Schabelement (2) vorgesehen ist.
- Reinigungseinrichtung (13) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schabelement (2) linear und/oder quer zum Leimauftragsorgan (3) bewegbar ist.
- Reinigungseinrichtung (13) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine Kammer (17) zur Aufnahme von einer Flüssigkeit (14) vorgesehen ist.
- Reinigungseinrichtung (13) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Mittel (8) zum Zulauf und/oder Ablauf der Flüssigkeit (14), insbesondere Brauchwasser und/oder Frischwasser, vorgesehen ist.
- Reinigungseinrichtung (13) nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Füllstandssensor (11) für die Flüssigkeit (14) in der Kammer (17) vorgesehen ist.
- Reinigungseinrichtung (13) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schabelement (2) hydraulisch und/oder pneumatisch bewegbar ist.
- Reinigungseinrichtung (13) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Abdichtmittel (10) zum Abdichten der Kammer (17) vorgesehen ist.
- Reinigungseinrichtung (13) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kammer (17) wenigstens einen Überlauf (7) aufweist.
- Reinigungseinrichtung (13) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reinigungseinrichtung (13) höhenverstellbar ist und/oder wenigstens ein Anpressmittel (9) zum Andrücken an das Leimauftragungsorgan (3) aufweist.
- Einrichtung (1) mit einem Leimauftragsorgan (3) und einer Reinigungseinrichtung (13) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9.
- Einrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Mittel zum Schwenken des Leimauftragsorgans (3) vorgesehen ist.
- Verfahren zum Reinigen eines Leimauftragsorgans (3), das von einer Arbeitsposition (15) zum Auftragen von Leim auf eine Materialbahn (12), insbesondere Papierbahn, in eine Reinigungsposition (16) in einer Reinigungseinrichtung (13) gebracht wird, dadurch gekennzeichet, daß das Leimauftragsorgan (3) mittels wenigstens eines Schabelements (2) gereinigt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schabelement (2) entlang des Leimauftragsorgans (3), insbesondere hydraulisch und/oder pneumatisch, bewegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine Flüssigkeit (14) in wenigstens eine Kammer (17) der Reinigungseinrichtung (13) eingebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach der Reinigung des Leimauftragsorgans (3) die Flüssigkeit (14) ausgetauscht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Flüssigkeitsniveau in der Kammer (17) angezeigt und/oder überwacht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 12 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kammer (17) entleert wird, bevor das Leimauftragsorgan (3) in seine Arbeitsposition (15) gebracht wird.
- Maschine der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie, insbesondere zur Herstellung von Zigaretten oder dergleichen, mit einer Reinigungseinrichtung (13) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9.
