Claims (15)
- Pot (1), pour le conditionnement d'un produit, notamment sous forme d'une crème ou d'un gel, comprenant :a) une armature rigide (2) formée d'au moins une portion (4-7, 40, 50) s'étendant sur sensiblement toute la hauteur du pot, et se terminant par un col (22) dont un bord libre délimite une ouverture (23) pour le pot, ladite armature étant réalisée en un premier matériau, etb) au moins une partie déformable (11, 13-15) en contact avec le produit à l'intérieur du pot, et réalisée en un second matériau de rigidité plus faible que le premier matériau, le pot (1) étant configuré de sorte qu'une pression, exercée sur la (ou les) partie(s) déformable(s) (11, 13-15) provoque une déformation de cette (ou ces) dernière(s) et un déplacement du produit en direction de l'ouverture (23), la (ou les) partie(s) déformable(s) reprenant par rappel élastique leur position non déformée lorsque cesse ladite pression.
- Pot (1) selon la revendication caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une portion déformable (13, 15) permet de déformer le pot (1) en réponse à une pression exercée transversalement à un axe X du pot (1).
- Pot (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que lesdites portions formant l'armature (4-7, 40, 50) sont solidaires entre elles via leurs extrémités situées au voisinage du col (22), leurs extrémités disposées au voisinage du fond (11) étant libres.
- Pot (1) selon la revendication 3 caractérisé en ce que la largeur angulaire desdites portions (4-7, 40, 50) augmente en direction du col (22) du pot.
- Pot (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que le col (22) est obtenu de moulage avec l'armature (2).
- Pot (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que le col (22) est formé d'une pièce séparée (20), montée sur l'armature (2) notamment par collage, soudure, ou encliquetage.
- Pot (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'en son extrémité opposée au col (22), le pot présente un fond (11), constituant une partie déformable.
- Pot (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 caractérisé en ce que la (ou les) partie(s) déformables (11, 13-15) est (sont) obtenue(s) par surmoulage dudit second matériau sur l'armature (2).
- Pot (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8 caractérisé en ce que l'armature (2) est réalisée en polypropylène ou polyéthylène.
- Pot (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9 caractérisé en ce que la (ou les) partie(s) déformable(s) (11, 13-15) est (sont réalisée(s) en matériau élastomérique, ou en une polyoléfine obtenue par catalyse métallocène.
- Pot (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10 caractérisé en ce que l'armature rigide est disposée à l'intérieur de la (ou les) partie(s) déformable(s), au contact du produit.
- Pot (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11 caractérisé en ce qu'une surface externe du col (22) comporte un filetage (25) apte à coopérer avec un filetage correspondant d'un couvercle (30).
- Pot (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12 caractérisé en ce que le pot comporte une alternance d'au moins deux portions rigides (4-7) constituant l'armature (2), et d'au moins deux parties déformables (13, 15), les parties déformables s'étendant sur sensiblement toute la hauteur du pot.
- Pot (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13 caractérisé en ce que le second matériau est transparent ou translucide.
- Utilisation d'un pot (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent pour le conditionnement d'un produit cosmétique, notamment d'un produit de coiffage, ou de soin de la peau ou du cheveu.
