Description

The invention relates to an antenna device for a vehicle, in particular a roof antenna device, according to the features of claim 1.

Such an antenna device is known from DE 102 58 102.9. These Antenna device has a metallic base plate, which at its Bottom is provided with a threaded pin, which is a passage for cable having. On top of the base plate can be a printed circuit board with Antenna elements, such as e.g. an antenna rod. The electrical connection between the antenna elements, the circuit board and a downstream electronic device (such as an antenna amplifier) via cables and, if necessary, plug connections, through the implementation of the base plate must be performed. To ensure the Stability requires the circuit board with multiple holes (holes) to provide, which correspond with threaded holes in the base plate, so that the circuit board can then be screwed to the base plate. The attachment of the base plate or the entire antenna device, as Module can be preassembled, via the threaded pin, which in a Opening in a part of the vehicle plugged in and then screwed becomes. As a rule, the antenna device is mounted on a roof of the vehicle, so it is disadvantageous here that for the assembly of the Antenna device two persons are required, namely one of the Top of the roof the antenna device holds and the second person from the inside provides the threaded stem with a corresponding nut and tighten this. For optical reasons, it must be very accurate to the orientation the antenna device on the roof of the vehicle are respected. Another disadvantage is that the attachment of the circuit board to the Base plate is very expensive by means of screws, on the one hand, the base plate provided with appropriate threaded holes and then the PCB with screws must be attached to the base plate. This increases disadvantageously the variety of parts, so that the costs and above all things the installation effort. Although it has already been thought of, the circuit board via pins, which are located on the base plate and in holes in the Intervene circuit board to fix by caulking, this is the disadvantage given that the circuit board replaced only with increased effort in the event of a defect can be. Another disadvantage is that after the Assembling the antenna device the cables soldered to the circuit board by the passage in the threaded pin from the antenna device have been led out and it can not be avoided that e.g. while transport, installation or operation of the antenna device Direction of the electronic device tensile or compressive forces on the cables and so that also act on the solder joint on the circuit board. But this means in the worst case, that too large forces acting on the cable at the Soldering of the circuit board is demolished and thus lost the contact goes. In this case, the electrical conductors on the circuit board in Lötbereich demolished, so that this finished antenna device not is more usable and must be disposed of consuming.

The invention is therefore based on the object, the initially described Antenna device to improve that with a simplified installation a reduction in the variety of parts is achieved and, moreover, the beginning described disadvantages are avoided.

This object is solved by the features of claim 1.

According to the invention, on the one hand, the printed circuit board on the base plate and on the other hand, the base plate on the part of the vehicle via a Fastening means exhibiting fastener is fastened. By the Use of a single fastener reduces the variety of parts and the Manufacturing effort, e.g. the introduction of holes in the base plate and the use of screws for attaching the circuit board to the base plate is avoided. It can also be just a Vorverrastung between PCB and latching element as an assembly aid; the module "printed circuit board populated" with locking element must in this case after locking in the bottom plate still screwed, embossed or soldered, otherwise no adequate Shielding can be achieved. At the same time it is one piece Fastener designed such that thus also the preassembled antenna device attached to the part, in particular a roof, of the vehicle can be. So are no longer two people, but only one person required for mounting the antenna device to the vehicle.

In a further development of the invention, the fastener is a in one Injection molding process manufacturable plastic part, which is just for the Makes mass production inexpensive. In the molds used for the injection molding can be used, already all fasteners integrate. In addition, an adaptation of the fastener to various designs of antenna devices readily adaptable.

In a further development of the invention, the fastening means of the fastening element Locking arms with arranged at their ends latching hook, which in corresponding Recesses and / or grooves in the circuit board or the base plate engage and lock after installation. This is particularly advantageous in Assembly of the antenna device and its subsequent mounting on the vehicle. Are all involved components of the antenna device, such as Base plate, circuit board and the like, prefabricated, can via the fastener first by means of a latching connection, the circuit board to the Base plate set, be locked. Then they are already with the Printed circuit board soldered cable, the circuit board also already the antenna elements includes, performed by the base plate and the printed circuit board over the Locking element locked to the base plate. This is the finished Antenna device ready for mounting on the vehicle. About in the direction the vehicle part aligned locking arms of the fastener can the antenna device inserted into an opening in the part of the vehicle and be locked there. Depending on the size of the antenna device acting forces extends this attachment of the antenna device on the Fastener on the part of the vehicle. In that case, that should be Locking element designed to hold the forces acting stable enough become. In addition, it is conceivable that the base plate nevertheless a threaded pin with which the antenna device to the part of the vehicle in is screwed known manner. But this can be done by one person alone take place, since the antenna device already in position on the vehicle is fixed defined. An objection when screwing through another Person is thus no longer required in an advantageous manner.

In a further development of the invention, it is to increase the positional fixation of individual elements with each other conceivable that the fastener has at least one guide element, with which the position of the fastener can be fixed to the circuit board and / or the base plate. So can on the one hand, the latching arms, the position positioning of the fastener in Make reference to the base plate or the circuit board. Is this from constructive Reasons (for example, when arranging the locking arms on a circular path) not possible, in addition to the fastener, a guide element be provided, wherein the circuit board or the base plate a this Guide member has corresponding counterpart. Such a guide element For example, may be a guide pin, which in a recess engages (or vice versa).

In development of the invention, the fastener for strain relief the at least one cable for tensile or compressive forces from the direction of electronic device formed. This has the advantage of having the cables out the base plate sticking out to the electronic device after assembly be connected, can be charged with tensile or compressive forces, without that these have an effect on the solder joint on the circuit board. In order to the fastening element according to the invention does not only assume an attachment function, but also a strain relief function.

An embodiment of a fastener according to the invention, on However, the invention is not limited and in the context of constructive Conditions of the antenna device can be varied for in vehicle is explained below and described with reference to the figures.

The fastening element 1 shown in Figure 1, which as a plastic part in has been produced by injection molding, has as a fastener once downwardly aligned locking arms 2, at the ends of which corresponding Latch hooks 3 are located. As more fasteners are up Latching 4 arranged with located at the end latching hooks 5. When Guide element for positional positioning of the fastener 1 is a Guide pin 6 is provided. To the guide pin 6 and the locking arms. 4 around are bearing surfaces 7 for receiving the printed circuit board, not shown here available. The latching arms 4 and the support surfaces 7 are part an unspecified frame of the fastener 1, so that this frame in its middle forms a passage. At this frame hang down, so to speak, down the other latch arms 2. In the frame are still Cable guides 8, 9 integrated, with the location, the shape and the number of Align the cable guides 8, 9 behind the cables, starting from the printed circuit board are present to the electronic device. About different diameters the cable guides 8, 9, for example, a precise position assignment of used cables, if these in turn a suitably adapted Have outer diameter.

Figure 2 shows the fastener 1 with cables for the strain relief. Here, the circuit board is omitted for simplicity of illustration been so that the arrangement of the cables in the cable guides 8, 9 recognizable is. The specified there cable 10, 11 are within the frame of the fastener 1 angled, so that thereby a strain relief is given, when resting on the bearing surfaces 7, the circuit board. For the cables 10, 11 are known per se high-frequency cable, here running as Coaxial cable. For example, the cable 10 has an inner conductor 12 which Is coaxially surrounded by an insulation 13, said insulation 13 a Shield 14 (in particular a shield braid) carries. This whole structure is of a jacket 15, e.g. can be colored, surrounded. In Figure 2 is recognizable that the two cables 10, 11 (or even more than two cables) have different diameters, so that these the diameters of the Cable guides are adjusted 8.9. But that's the same diameter multiple cables and thus the same diameter of the cable guides 8, 9 not locked out.

Diese Kontaktierung kann durch Verlöten, Verkrimpen oder jede sonstige elektrische Kontaktierung erfolgen.FIG. 3 shows the fastening element 1 with the cables 10, 11 on a printed circuit board 16, wherein the circuit board 16 is shown from below. Here it is Fastener 1 already on the latching arms 4 and the latching hooks 5 at the Printed circuit board 16 attached. Present, but not shown here, are on the Bottom of the circuit board 16 electrical traces, electrically connected to the Inner conductors 12 and the shield 14 of the cables 10, 11 are contacted. These Contacting can be done by soldering, crimping or any other electrical Contacting done.

Figure 4 shows the fastener 1 on the circuit board 16, in which case the View from the top of the circuit board 16 is shown. Very good is too recognize that the circuit board 16 for receiving the locking arms 4 of the fastener 1 corresponding recesses 17 has. The location and Form of the recesses 17 is chosen so that due to the inclined surface the latching hooks 5 of the locking arms 4 this when inserting the fastener 1 in the recesses 17 are slightly compressed and again assume their original position when the locking arms 4 through the recesses 17 out and the circuit board 16 on the bearing surfaces 7 of the fastener 1 comes to rest. At this stage, the Latch 5 the top of the PCB 16, so that through this simple Operation of the fastener, the circuit board 16 effectively, but nevertheless releasably fixed to the fastener 1. In Figure 4 is still recognizable that the circuit board 16 has a further recess 18 which in Position and shape with the guide pin 6 of the fastener first corresponds. This is a clear and unmistakable position of the Fastener 1 on the circuit board 16 ensured.

Um diese Durchführung 22 herum sind weitere Ausnehmungen 23 in der Grundplatte 19 eingebracht, in die die Rastarme 2 des Befestigungselementes 1 (hier nicht dargestellt) einführbar und festlegbar sind.FIG. 5 shows, as a further element of the antenna device, a base plate 19, which consists of metal for the purpose of shielding. This base plate 19 may e.g. in produced by a casting or die casting process. The base plate 19 has a receiving area 20 for the circuit board 16, wherein the Receiving area 20 around a circumferential ridge 21 provided with transverse webs is on the circuit board 16 can be placed with their outdoor areas. About the metallized or metallic webs 21 is an electrical contact with corresponding areas (tracks), the circuit board 16, where it For example, due to the electrical contact to shield can act. Furthermore, the base plate 19 has a passage 22 for the Cable 10, 11, wherein this passage 22, for example, in a roof antenna device in an interior (passenger compartment) of the vehicle ranges. Around this passage 22 around are more recesses 23 in the base plate 19 introduced, in which the latching arms 2 of the fastener 1 (not here shown) are insertable and fixable.

Am Ende der Nuten 27 ist ein Absatz 28, insbesondere ein um den Gewindezapfen 26 vollständig herum angeordneter Absatz vorhanden, an dem die Rasthaken der Rastarme 2 zur Anlage kommen können.FIG. 6 shows the base plate 19 according to FIG. 5 of the roof antenna device in FIG the view from below, wherein the outside around the base plate 19 around a circumferential seal 24 is provided. The same applies to the implementation 22 Coaxial around a circumferential seal 25 is provided, wherein means the seals 24, 25 the opening in the part of the vehicle relative to the outside is sealed when the base plate 19 with its shown in Figure 6 Bottom is placed on the part of the vehicle. To carry out 22 around a threaded pin 26 is present, which is also part of the Base plate 19 is. Also around the implementation 22 are the location of Locking arms 2 of the fastener 1 corresponding grooves 27 provided the here symmetrical, conceivable also asymmetric, to the implementation 22nd are arranged around. At the end of the grooves 27 is a shoulder 28, in particular a shoulder disposed completely around the threaded stud 26, where the locking hooks of the locking arms 2 can come to rest.

Figure 7 shows the base plate 19 of the roof antenna device with over the Fixing element 1 mounted circuit board 16 with antenna elements. Both Antenna elements are, for example, an electrically with the Printed circuit board 16 contacted antenna module 29, as a GPS receiver is trained. As a further antenna element, a rod antenna 30 is provided, on the structure it does not matter here and also with the circuit board 16 is electrically contacted. Depending on the services provided with the antenna device can be received, the number, the structure and the Operation, especially the frequency range to be received, the Antenna elements located on the circuit board 16 vary. In the Figure 7 can be clearly seen that the circuit board 16 via the latching arms. 4 by means of a simple Verrastvorganges on the circumferential ridge 21 of Base plate 19 can be kept. Are the circumferential web 21 and the corresponding areas of the circuit board 16 electrically conductive, is with this simple Verrastvorgang not only the circuit board 16 on the base plate 19 but also made a contact at the same time. To one permanent and sufficient shielding, another or better electrical connection: e.g. by screwing, soldering, or Verprägen be made.

Figure 8 finally shows the base plate 19 of the roof antenna device with over the fastener 1 mounted circuit board 16 in the view from below, wherein it can be seen very well that the latching arms 2 of the fastener 1 are inserted in the grooves 27 of the base plate 19. Here are the snap hooks 3 of the latching arms 2 coaxial outward, so that prepared so Roof antenna device in a corresponding opening in the part (roof) of the Vehicle used and by means of a likewise simple Verrastvorganges can be stated there. Again, can guide elements and corresponding counterparts are used to a defined arrangement to ensure the roof antenna device on the roof of the vehicle. Depending on the size of the forces acting on the roof antenna device, It may be that the locking connection by means of the locking hooks 3 is not sufficient is and therefore the base plate 19 via the threaded pin 26 still with a here not shown nut is bolted to the vehicle roof. Referring to the illustration in Figure 8 should be noted once again that the lead-out 22 through the bushing 10, 11 by the Guide in the cable guide 8, 9 and the angled course before train or Compressive stress are relieved. That means that when on the led out Cable 10, 11 acting compressive or tensile forces these not on the electrical contact with the circuit board 16 impact.
