Abstract

The foil carrier is printed information for packing fast food, such as a pizza for microwaving. Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung gemäss Fig.1 und Fig. 2 betrifft die Befestigungsweise für eine Informations- oder Werbefolie (1) an einer Verpackung (2) mit dem Inhalt eines Fertiggerichts, insbesondere einer Pizza. Zur Erwärmung und Zubereitung des Fertiggerichts wird das Gericht zusammen mit einem hitzebeständigen Verpackungs-Behältnis (2) in ein beliebiges Heizgerät eingebracht, wie z.B. in konventionellen Backofen, Mikrowellengerät oder Steamer. Es ist dabei unerheblich, ob das Anbringen der Folie (1) vor, während oder nach der Zubereitung, dem Backvorgang, an der Verpackung - von Hand oder automatisiert - befestigt wird.The present invention according to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 relates to the fastening method for an information or advertising film (1) on a packaging (2) with the contents of a ready meal, in particular a pizza. In Fig. 1 und Fig. 2 ist die Verpackung (2) so ausgebildet, dass ein oder mehrere Öffnungen (3) eine optimale Entlüftung aus dem Innern der Verpackung gewährleisten sowie den Feuchtigkeitsabzug und die Luftzirkulation ermöglichen. Als Neuheit ist die Verpackung (2) nun so ausgebildet, dass diese Öffnungen (3) in Teilen, oder gemeinsam, dazu verhelfen auf einer Seite - z.B. an Oberseite (8) des Deckels - eine Informationsfolie (1) zu befestigen. Die Folienlaschen (4) und die Zentrierung (6, 7) fixieren die Folie (1) in den seitlichen Schlitzen (3) - nach Fig. 1 und als vergrössertes Detail nach Fig. 5 - und in der Mitte (7) des Deckels. Damit wird eine lösbare Verbindung zwischen Folie (1) und Verpackung (2) ermöglicht, durch das Einschieben der Laschen (4) in die Schlitzöffnungen (3) und falls gewünscht auch im Folienzentrum (6) mittels dem konzentrischen Anpressen an einem mittigen Rundwulst (7) des Verpackungsdeckels. Dieser Ablauf der Befestigungsart kann auch allein oder zusätzlich als Positionierhilfe dienen, falls die Folie (1) z.B. mittels Klebstoff fest an der Verpackung (2) anzubringen ist. Diese Gestaltungsart zwischen Folienkontur (6, 9) und der Ausbildung der Verpackungsöffnungen (3) erlaubt also lösbare oder nichtlösbare Verbindungstechniken bei der Folienbefestigung anzuwenden. Die Informationsfolie (1) kann nun unabhängig von der Verpackung (2) aktuell gestaltet werden, insbesondere als Werbeträger, und ist bei einer lösbaren Anbindung auch wieder entfernbar, z.B. zum Austauschen gegen eine aktuellere neue Informationsfolie. Die Gestaltung der Verpackung ermöglicht auch eine Abänderung der Folienform, z.B. eher rechteckig statt rund, in den Grenzen der Kontakt-Schnittstellen gegenüber der Verpackung, so dass die Schlitze und die Zentrierung örtlich gleich beibehalten werden.
Nach Fig. 3 und Fig. 4 ist ersichtlich, dass eine dünne Foliedicke keinen Einfluss auf die Stapelbarkeit der Verpackung hat, ob im offenen oder geschlossenen Zustand.In Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 , the package (2) is formed so that one or more openings (3) ensure optimum ventilation from the interior of the package and allow the moisture removal and air circulation.
