Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a cleaning device for guide rollers of a printing unit, in particular a 9-cylinder satellite printing unit, a web-fed printing press.
From the prior art known printing units of web presses have multiple printing units, each printing unit having a transfer cylinder, a plate cylinder, an inking unit and optionally a dampening unit. The form cylinder are also referred to as a plate cylinder and the transfer cylinder as a rubber cylinder. Furthermore, such printing units can have impression cylinders, wherein an impression cylinder can interact with one or more transfer cylinders of different printing units. The impression cylinders are also referred to as satellite cylinders, which is why printing units with at least one impression cylinder are also referred to as satellite printing units. In addition to satellite printing units, which have impression cylinders, printing units are also known which do not have impression cylinders, wherein in printing units without impression cylinders, the transfer cylinders of two printing couples roll on each other.
Trained as a 9-cylinder satellite printing unit printing unit of a web press has four printing units and therefore four forme cylinder and four transfer cylinders, the transfer cylinders of all four printing units roll on a common satellite cylinder. Between the satellite cylinder and the four transfer cylinders a total of four printing locations are formed, with a printing material to be printed is promoted for printing through these pressure points.
Thus, a printing material to be printed is fed to a 9-cylinder satellite printing unit via a feed guide roller, a printing material printed in such a satellite printing unit is removed from the satellite printing unit starting from a fourth and thus last printing point via a discharge guide roller. The printed substrate thus runs with his just printed in the printing unit print side on the Abführleitwalze, creating the risk that collects ink on the Abführleitwalze that obstructs the transport of the printing material in the Abführleitwalze. It is therefore necessary to clean at least the Abführleitwalze. So far, no cleaning devices for guide rollers of a printing unit are known from practice, which allow effective cleaning of the guide rollers, in particular the Abführleitwalze.
On this basis, the present invention is based on the problem to provide a novel cleaning device for guide rollers of a printing unit of a web printing press. This problem is solved by a cleaning device according to claim 1. The cleaning device according to the invention has an attached to an operating handle cleaning body which is inserted between guide rollers of a duck unit, wherein the cleaning body a wettable with cleaning liquid cleaning cloth is fastened, and wherein the cleaning body has on opposite sides to the contour of the guide rollers adapted cleaning surfaces. With the cleaning device according to the invention an effective cleaning of the guide rollers, in particular the Abführleitwalze, a Duck unit is possible.
Preferably, the operating handle articulates on an upper portion of the cleaning body, the cleaning surfaces being formed on a lower portion of the cleaning body, and wherein the upper portion of the cleaning body is associated with a clamping means for securing the cleaning cloth to the cleaning body.
