Dadurch ist zunächst eine einfache Herstellung und Montage des Lamellenkontaktes auf dem Grundkörper gegeben. Über diese Kontaktfahne 34 kann ein Kabel angeschlossen werden, mit dem der Steckverbinder 1 an ein nicht dargestelltes Motorsteuergerät angeschlossen wird. Zwischen den beiden umlaufenden Stegen 31, 32 sind zur Bildung des Lamellenkontaktes 3 mehrere, in Längsrichtung ausgerichtete Längsstege 35 vorhanden. Nach seiner Herstellung, z.B. in einem Stanzbiegeverfahren aus einem Blechstreifen, ist der Lamellenkontakt 3 in radialer Richtung auf Grund eines Schlitzes 36 offen, so dass er zur Montage auf dem Grundkörper 2 aufgeweitet und über diesen geschoben werden kann. Diese Aufweitung ist auch deshalb erforderlich, damit z.B. die weiteren Lamellenkontakte 4, 5 über die Distanzringe 7 geschoben werden können. Außerdem hat der Schlitz 36 noch die Aufgabe, dass damit die Aufweitung gegeben ist, um den Lamellenkontakt 3 über einen Vorsprung 21, vorzugsweise mehrere Vorsprünge, die von dem Grundkörper 2 abstehen, bewegen zu können. Nachdem dies erfolgt ist, wird der Lamellenkontakt 3 an den Grundkörper 2 gedrückt, so dass der zumindest eine Vorsprung 21 durch einen Zwischenraum, der von den umlaufenden Stegen 31, 32 und den Längsstegen 35 gebildet wird, gelangen kann. Danach wird dieser zumindest eine Vorsprung 21 mechanisch verformt, so dass der Lamellenkontakt 3 in dieser Position auf dem Grundkörper 2 fixiert wird.
