Be it known that I, FRED HIRSH, a citizen parel or forming porter, can be adjustably secured together.

The fastening comprises a strap or section of strap or tape 1 which is folded back upon and secured to itself toform a permanent loop, a slotted plate closed slot 3 and a second slot 4 open centrally of its outer side which is mounted upon the looped strap by passing the free outer end of the latter through the closed slot and its inner orrear fo through the open-slot of the plate, and a second strap or section of strap 5 which is adjustably secured tothe looped strap by (1 only back having been mounted upon the looped strap, is slid along to the outer end, of the loop where it is held 'fixed in position thereon,

An adjustable strap fastening comprising a strap which is folded upon itself andgarment to form a extending loop, a plate having an open-sided slot which is detachably mounted-upon the looped strap by passing both folds of the loop through the closed slot and the rear fold only back through the open slot, and a. hose-supporter strap the upper end of which is passed first throu h the closed slot and then behind the looped strap and back through the open slot of the plate.
