ble, efficient, and otherwise well adapted to the purpose for which it isdesigned.
IVith the above and numerous other objects in view, as will appear as the description proceeds, the invention resides in certain novel features of construction, and in the combination and arrangen'ient of parts as will be hereinafter more fully described and claimed.

In the drawing I have shown only one practical embodiment of the invention by wayof example since in actual practice it attains the desirable features of advantages enumerated asdesirable in the statement of the invention and which will become further apparent as the description proceeds.
7 Itis to be understood, however, that nu -merous changes in the details of construction and in the combination and arrangementof parts may be resorted to without departing from thespirit or scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed.
Referring now specifically to the practical embodiment illustrated in the accompanying drawing it will-be seen that numerals 5 designate the lower beams which are disposed in a rectangular formation and at the corners of the rectangle thus formed there are disposed risers or studs 6. Studs 7 rise from the intermediate portions of the longitudinal beams The studs 6 are grooved longitudinally as at 8 on two adjacent faces while the studs 7 are grooved as at 9 on two opposed faces. Thesegrooves 8 and 9 are adapted to receive the ends of waste sheath: ing 10 or similar boards which are of relatively short length and would be normally thrown away around the ordinary building. In order to substantially strengthen the structure it will be found that tongue'and groove boards 10 may be used to advantage. Beams or rafters 11 are disposed in a rectangular'lj'ormation similar to beams 5 and are disposed on the upper ends of the studs 6 and 7. the beams 5and 11 with studs 6 are efficiently-braced by diagon'al'brace beams 12 which are provided on opposite faces with grooves 13 for receiving the boards 10. It will,be noted that adjacent these braces 12 shorter boards maybe used and very small pieces may be used as isiindicated at 10 specifically. It is thought that the construction, utility, and advantages of this invention will now be clearly'understood without any more dee0 The corners formed by tailed description. It will be seen that prac 7 tically all the waste material about a building may be utilized to advantage and thus a building-can be constructed at anexceedingly low cost by the use of this waste material. i y y 'Having thus described my invention what I claim as new is r Apair of spaced vertically disposed studs having grooves on theiradjacent faces, a

the intermediate portions of the inner faces of said studs and'provided with the grooves on their opposite faces, and boards having their ends seated in said grooves of the studs and braces tofill the space between said studs. I I
