Abstract
A rectangular piece of printed paper which is put in the U.S. mail service by a person who has furnished goods or services to the person to whom the paper is mailed and the person to whom the paper is addressed returns by U.S. mail the paper to the original sender enclosing payment for the goods or services.

We claim:
1. A printed piece of paper which is mailed to an individual or entity containing an invoice for goods or services furnished by the sender and/or a solicitation and contract which is then returned to the sender enclosing payment for the goods or services and/or a signed solicitation contract..
2. A printed sheet of paper as set forth in claim 1 in which the printed information includes the name and address of the sender.
3. A printed sheet of paper as set forth in claim 1 which includes a detachable stub which the person or entity to whom the printed sheet was originally sent retains.
4. A printed sheet of paper as set forth in claim 1 which is folded by the person or entity to whom it was mailed by the sender with the name and address of that person or entity appearing on the front of the folded paper and also has the name and address of the sender on the front of the folded paper and the folded paper is held together by gummed edges.

FIELD OF INVENTION

[0001] Our invention is in the field of envelopes containing information and/or payments for goods or services which are transmitted and delivered by the U.S. Postal Service.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0002] Briefly put, our invention consists of an approximately 8 by 11 inches printed piece of paper which is mailed to an individual or entity containing an invoice for goods or services furnished by the sender which is then mailed back to the sender enclosing payment for the goods or services.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0010] A printed sheet of 8 by 11 inch paper to be mailed to an individual or entity containing an invoice for goods or services furnished by the sender and which is then returned to the sender enclosing payment for the goods or services.
