It also requires most women to own multiple purses so that they have version in various colors. It also requires that most women own multiple purse styles such as casual and “dressy styles.
This invention relates to women's purses and more particularly to the ability to change the look, i.e. style and color, of the purse quickly and easily without any need to handle the internal contents of the purse.
While current purses are familiar and effective in the utility this invention will save time by not having to change the contents of the purse with each change of outfit.
This invention will also reduce drastically the number of purses that would be required to be owned in order to coordinate with various colors and be appropriate to all occasions. With this invention a women may possibly need own only two or three purses perhaps of varying sizes rather than a multitude.
The invention will be better understood and objects other than those set worth above will become apparent when consideration is given to the following detailed description thereof. Such descriptions make reference to the annexed drawings wherein:
A covering for a purse that may be removed and re-attached to the inside compartment of the purse thereby allowing the external look of the purse to be adaptable to match any outfit. The shape, size and style of the purse is not a relevant feature to this discussion; only the ability to remove and re-attach inside from the outside of the purse. The internal compartment of a purse may contains the usual pockets, zippers, etc., but which is then detachable from the exterior covering as a complete unit which can then be inserted into another exterior covering without any need to remove or change the personal contents of the compartment. The exterior covering would have the basic appearance of any purse. It could have pockets, zipper compartment, flaps, etc. The style, shape and size are not the relative point. This combination of a removable and re-attachable exterior and interior will allow for multiple variations to match any outfit.
With reference now to the drawings, and in particular
Also preferred would be an internal compartment that would be constructed of a clothe material such as canvas because the functionality of this invention by design will make this “purse” endure more use that most. By constructing the inner compartment of clothe it could then be washable. The internal compartment could be constructed of other materials that could include but are not limited to leather and imitation leather.
Also the materials used for the construction of the external covering are limited only by the imagination. Most common examples would be any type of clothe, adorned or unadorned, leather or imitation leather which also could be adorned or unadorned. Also the covering could be of any color. In addition, various handles could be interchanged to match the covering.
