Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The invention relates to a successively peelable tape dispenser, and in particular, to a successively peelable tape dispenser comprising a successively peelable tape, characterized in that it comprises a plurality of tape groups, and the first piece of tape on each tape group has a length excess of that of the remainder tapes, such that by rotating said successively peelable tape, tapes can be dispensed one by one from said dispenser, and is suitably for the combinatorial use of a variety of successively peelable roller type tape dispenser.

2. Description of the Prior Art

Tape has become a popular and indispensable product in our life, and affords functions such as sticking, packaging, fixing or labeling. Nevertheless, during its use, the user is often persecuted by the trimming and length determination of tape, and, especially, under this circumstance, taking one piece of tape requires one action of cutting with help of a knife or a sharp tool. Otherwise, the cutting of the tape would be very difficult, should if the tape is torn apart just, the tear might not be very artistic.

Currently, there is a tape of reel type comprising a tape disposed in a tape dispenser that is provided with a cutter at its front end for tearing apart conveniently by cutting readily in use. However, when taking a length of a tape, that length of tape should be pulled out of the dispenser and cut by the cutter, whereby each piece cannot be cut easily to an equal length, and the edge of the tape thus cut might not be uniform and artistic.

Further, there is an alternate disposed tape piece in a planar package, whereby as the user tears away a piece of tape, the underlying second piece could be pulled up by an adhesive action between these two pieces of tapes and the glue-free end of the second piece of tape would be exposed concurrently for tearing away conveniently by the user. Unfortunately, the amount of the tape in such design is not plenty and hence is not convenient and cost-saving for commercial users who use a plenty of tapes.

In view of the foregoing deficiencies associated with the conventional construction, the inventor had devoted to improve it, and finally, after studying intensively for a long time, has provided a successively peelable tape dispenser according to the invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a successively peelable tape dispenser according to one embodiment of the invention is composed of a tape stand 1 and a successively peelable tape 3.

Said tape stand 1 comprises a main base body 11 and a fastening seat 12, wherein said main base body 11 is provided with a sleeve 13; and wherein the sleeve 13 is provided with a fastening part 131 which, in one embodiment of the invention, is composed of a plurality of fastening grooves. Said fastening seat 12 is provided with a counter fastening part 121 which in this embodiment is composed of a plurality of protruding ribs, corresponding to the fastening part 131 of said sleeve 13. Said main base body 11 is provided with folding edges 111, 122 to prevent a successive peelable tape 3 from departing out of the sleeve 13. Said folding edge 111 on said main base body 11 is provided with a notch 112 that is provided in turn with a flat piece 113. The sleeve 13 of said main base body 11 is provided additionally with at least one indent 132, and said fastening seat 12 is provided with at least fastening button 123 such that by engaging said indent 132 and said fastening button 123, said fastening seat 12 can be combined securely with said main base body 11.

Said tape lifter 2 comprises a front end and a rear end, wherein said front end forms a slant section 21 and the rear end of the tape lifter 2 is provided with an inserting trough 22 for the insertion of the above-mentioned flat piece 113 such that said tape lifter 2 can be combined on one side of the main base body 11 opposite to the fastening seat 12.

Said successively peelable tape 3 is disposed over the sleeve 13, and comprises a plurality of tape groups 31, wherein each tape group 31 is composed of a plurality of stacks of tape pieces 32, and the first tape piece 321 of each of said tape groups 31 is combined with a flat piece 33, thereby protrudes beyond the remaindering tape pieces 322. When the fastening seat 12 is engaged with said main base body 11, the successively peelable tape 3 can be interposed between the fastening seat 12 and the main base body 11, and the first tape piece 321 has a length longer by 0.3 mm 20 mm than the distance between the folding edge 122 on the fastening seat 12 and the folding edge on the main base body 11, thereby the first tape piece 321 will be pushed to protrude above the sleeve 13.

In practice, referring to FIG. 1-6, the successively peelable tape 3 is disposed over the sleeve 13, then, said fastening part 131 (i.e., a plurality of fastening troughs) is engaged with the counter fastening part 121 (i.e., said plurality of protruding ribs), and further, the indent 132 on the sleeve 13 of the main base body 11 can be fastened with fastening button 123 on the fastening seat 12, thereby the fastening seat 12 can be combined securely on the main base body 11. In addition, said successively peelable tape 3 can be interposed between the fastening seat 12 and the main base body 11, and cannot depart out of the sleeve 13 by virtue of folding edge 111 on the main base body 11 and the folding edge 122 on the fastening seat 12.

When the successively peelable tape 3 is interposed between said fastening seat and said main base body 11, one end of the first tape piece 321 of each tape group 31 will be forced to protrude out of the sleeve 13 because the first tape piece 321 has a length longer by 0.3 mm 20 mm than the distance between the folding edge 122 on the fastening seat 12 and the folding edge on the main base body 11.

Then, the inserting trough 22 on the rear end of the tape lifter 2 is combined with the flat piece 113 on the main base body 11 so that the tape lifter 2 can be combined on one side of the fastening seat 12 opposite to the main base body 11, while the slant section 21 on the front end of the tape lifter 2 will be disposed just on the successively peelable tape 3 interposed between said fastening part 131 and said main base body 11.

As shown in FIG. 3-6, when the user pushes said successively peelable tape 3, the slant section 21 on the front end of the tape lifter 2 will extend into the protruding end of the first tape piece 321 of said successively peelable tape 3, and upon pushing further the successively peelable tape 3, the successively peelable tape 3 can be cut apart along the slant section 21 of the tape lifter 2, and a tape piece will be placed flat on the tape lifter 2 for being used readily by the user. At the same time, the slant section 21 on the front end of the tape lifter 2 moves again into the lower side of a next tape piece 322. Thus, after the first tape piece 321 being torn apart from the successively peelable tape 3, the other end of the first tape piece 321 will bring the next tape piece 322 together such that one end of the next tape piece 322 will expose to the outside of the successively peelable tape 3.

Furthermore, referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the successively peelable tape according to the invention comprise further a bottom seat 4 that is provided with a circular concave trough 41 on the upper side thereof, while a circular convex part 114 corresponding to said concave trough 41 is provided on the bottom part of the main base body 11 in a manner that the main base body 11 can rotate over 360 degree on said bottom seat 4.

Accordingly, the successively peelable tape dispenser provided by the invention has following advantages:

    • 1. The first tape piece on each tape group contained in the successively peelable tape of the invention has a length longer than the distance between the folding edge on the fastening seat and the corresponding folding edge on the main base body such that one end of the first tape piece will be forced to protrude out of the sleeve such that, upon rotating said successively peelable tape, a tape piece can be picked readily by the tape lifter. Thus, the successively peelable tape dispenser according to the invention has a simple design, and can be used very conveniently.
    • 2. In the design of the tape stand of the successively peelable tape dispenser according to the invention, by engaging the main base body with the fastening seat, the tape can be accommodated securely on the tape stand without falling depart. Further, the bottom of the tape stand can be combined with a bottom seat in a manner that the main base body can rotate over the bottom seat for convenient using by the user.

In summary, based on the description disclosed above and the accompanying drawings, the intended object of the invention can be achieved by providing a successively peelable tape dispenser. Many changes and modifications in the above-described embodiment of the invention can, of course, be carried out without departing from the scope thereof. Accordingly, to promote the progress in science and the useful arts, the invention is disclosed and is intended to be limited not only by the scope of the appended claims.
