Abstract
A skidproof floor material combing a skidproof technology and production of a modeling totem is a tile or stone, a surface of which is pasted with an anti-lubricant of a high-technology special formula. Several thousands of nano cavities are formed using capillaries of the stone, and suction force is increased when a floor is wet and the tiles are compressed, by applying a principle of vacuum suction. Therefore, a floor friction coefficient will be increased to a safety standard, and a skidproof effect for the tiles can be achieved. Moreover, a modeling totem can be completely manifested on the tile, so as to provide a skidproof floor material having a safely skidproof effect and features of visual pleasingness and arts.
Description
- a) Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a skidproof floor material combining a skidproof technology with production of a modeling totem, and more particularly to a skidproof floor material, wherein a high-technology anti-lubricant is pasted on a surface of a floor tile, allowing the tile or stone to be provided with a good skidproof effect, and also enabling a modeling totem to be completely manifested on the skidproof floor material, such that when a user walks on the floor, he or she can enjoy a floor space having a safely skidproof effect and a feature of visual pleasingness.
- b) Description of the Prior Art
- An ordinary skidproof tile on a market is not able to achieve a skidproof effect on a wet floor, and is easy to get dirty.
- Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a skidproof floor material combining a skidproof technology with production of a modeling totem, wherein an anti-lubricant of a high-technology chemical formula is pasted on a surface of a tile or stone, so as to form several thousands of nano cavities using capillaries of the stone, and to increase suction force when a floor is wet and the tiles are compressed, by applying a principle of vacuum suction; thereby achieving a skidproof effect for the tiles and stones. Moreover, completely manifesting a versatile design of a modeling totem of a floor material on the tiles is also provided with the skidproof effect, by a technology that when carrying out the skidproof processing on-site, the modeling totem, which can be even changed freely, is branded on the original tiles or stones at a same time.
- To enable a further understanding of the said objectives and the technological methods of the invention herein, the brief description of the drawings below is followed by the detailed description of the preferred embodiments.
-
FIG. 1 shows a plan view of the present invention. -
FIG. 2 shows a plan view of an embodiment of the present invention. -
FIG. 3 shows a flow diagram of a preferred embodiment of the present invention. - Referring to
FIG. 1 , in the present invention, an anti-lubricant 100 of a high-technology chemical formula is pasted on a surface of a tile (or stone) 200, to assemble into a creative skidproof tile. The skidproof tile uses primarily a principle of vacuum suction to completely achieve a skidproof effect on a wet floor, and can be even flushed, showered (using a shower cream) in high temperature, without changing its effect. - Referring to
FIG. 2 , an anti-lubricant 100 of a high-technology chemical formula is pasted on a surface of a tile (or stone) 200, to produce several thousands ofnano cavities 300 using capillaries of the stone, and to achieve a skidproof effect for the tiles or stones, by applying a principle of vacuum suction. - In addition to having the skidproof effect for the tiles, a modeling totem can be also manifested on the skidproof tiles completely, such that when a user walks on the tiles, he or she can enjoy a floor space which is provided with the safely skidproof effect, and features of visual pleasingness and arts.
- Referring to
FIG. 3 , formation steps of the present invention include: - (A) Making a modeling totem 10: For manifesting a special modeling totem on the tiles, in addition to that the modeling totem can be directly engraved on the tiles, the totem design can be pasted on the tiles, and a way of outputting a blueprint is searched for and is applied on surfaces of the titles; wherein, an overlay technology for the tiles are divided into a positive overlay and a negative overlay method, with the positive overlay method being used for the skidproof processing to an overlay surface of the totem, and the negative overlay method being used for the skidproof processing to surfaces other than the overlay surface of the totem.
- (B) Pasting the totem on the tile 20: By pasting the blueprint, which is plotted by a computer, on the tile, the drawing can completely manifest the original totem design to be directly printed on the surface of the tile, and to be fused with the tile.
- (C) Determining whether the totem is fused with the tile 30: The modeling totem is made by a special PU (Poly Urethane) gum material which is sealed with the tile by hot wind. If the totem is not fused with the tile, then the process will be returned to the previous step for re-pasting.
- (D) Testing combination of a
skidproof technology 50 with the modeling totem 40: As a different tile material will need a different amount of anti-lubricant, an integration test should be carried out to test status of combination. - (E) Determining whether the skidproof effect is stable, durable and pretty 60: If the stability of the skidproof effect is not perfect, the modeling totem of the tiles drops off, or color is not pretty, then the process will be returned to the previous step for re-testing.
- (F) Accomplishing research and development of a design technology of the modeling totem 70: The modeling totem is completely combined with the skidproof technology, and manifests the perfect status, thereby being provided with the skidproof effect, durability, pleasingness, and arts.
- On the other hand, to prevent the tile stone from being disordered, the tile stone is burnt at a temperature of 30° C.˜40° C. by a gas gun, before being pasted with a nano stone protecting agent. Next, the nano stone protecting agent will permeate into the tile stone by residual heat from burning. After the tile stone stands for 15˜20 min, it is polished and cleaned uniformly with a piece of special dry cotton by a wax machine. This processing also provides the tile or stone with added effects of anti-dirt, anti-bacteria, anti-fungus, anti-water-splashing, and anti-oil-splashing.
- In addition to be used in the tile stone, the present invention can be also used in production of a three-dimensional totem on a wall or an artistic shape, to increase an effect of pleasingness, and to serve as another option in indoor design and decoration, thereby increasing a business opportunity.
- Accordingly, a skidproof floor material combining a skidproof technology with production of the modeling totem, of the present invention, is a tile or stone, with a surface of which being pasted by an anti-lubricant of a high-technology formula, such that several thousands of nano cavities can be formed using capillaries of the stone, so as to increase suction force when a floor is wet and the tiles are compressed, by applying a principle of vacuum suction; thereby achieving a skidproof effect for the tiles. Furthermore, a creative totem technology for the tiles can be applied to the skidproof technology, so as to manifest the modeling totem on all kinds of the tile stones.
- It is of course to be understood that the embodiments described herein is merely illustrative of the principles of the invention and that a wide variety of modifications thereto may be effected by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.
