As shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, a headwear with a receiving part for a portable audio device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a crown part 1 which is a body of the headwear, a visor part 2 attached to lower front part of the crown part 1, a head band part 13 attached to lower inner peripheral part of the crown part 1 and a size adjustment part 4 attached to a lower rear part of the crown part 1. A pouch type portable audio device receiving part 3 for receiving a portable audio device 7 is provided at a side surface of the crown part 1. The size adjustment part 4 has an outer Velcro fastener 12 a and an inner Velcro fastener 12 b. An earphone holder 10 for receiving an earphone cord connected with the portable audio device is placed at an inside of the outer Velcro fastener 12 a. The portable audio device receiving part 3 has a shape of the pouch having a size capable of receiving the portable audio device 7. An inlet 8 for inserting the portable audio device 7 into the portable audio device receiving part 3 therethrough is provided at a front surface of the portable audio device receiving part 3 and an outlet 9 for connecting an earphone plug 5 with the portable audio device 7 therethrough is provided at a rear surface of the portable audio device receiving part 3. The inlet 8 and outlet 9 of the receiving part 3 have such sizes that the portable audio device does not easily get out of the audio device receiving part 3. The portable audio device receiving part 3 is made of flexible of non-flexible woven or knit fabric. A printing 5 of a control part of the portable audio device 3 is provided at an outside of the portable audio device receiving part 3 and an electromagnetic shielding fabric 14 is additionally attached to an inside of the crown part 1 corresponding to the position where the portable audio device receiving part 3 is placed. A user may insert the portable audio device 7 such as an MP3 player into the portable audio device receiving part 3 of the headwear according to the present invention through the inlet 8 of the portable audio device receiving part 3. A jack of the portable audio device 7 for connecting the portable audio device 7 with the earphone cord gets out of the outlet of the portable audio device receiving part 3. After that, the earphone plug 5 is inserted into the jack. The earphone cord 6 is wound onto the earphone holder 10 placed within the outer Velcro fastener after the folded outer Velcro fastener of the size adjustment part 4 is unfolded. The earphone holder 10 is made of soft or hard material and has two hook-shaped portions at both sides thereof, which are curved toward outside respectively so as to wind the earphone cord 6 thereon.
