Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to regulator, and particular to an air regulator arranged to a diversion of an air outlet of an air conditioner so as to regulate the air flow coming out.
  • DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART
  • Air conditioners are indispensable equipments in people's life nowadays. In a central air condition system, a large main frame is in a control room. Conditioned air from the main frame will be supplied to air conditioners on each floor. The air conditioners on each floor will supply conditioned air to air outlets all over the floor so as to control temperatures.
  • However, the air outlets can only supply the conditioned air but can not regulate it so that users will feel uncomfortable for long staying in such circumstance. To solve this problem, a regulator is arranged to the air outlet of the air conditioner to regulate air flow out from the air outlet.
  • The prior regulators are using fans arranged to the air outlet to regulate the air flow of the air outlet. It is very disturbing to remove the air outlet to adjust the regulator. The poor design and the inconvenient of the prior art needs to be corrected and modified.
  • SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
  • Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide an air flow regulator for air conditioner which is arranged to an air outlet of the air conditioner so that users can regulate the air flow coming out from the air outlet without remove the air outlet to adjust.
  • To achieve above object, the present invention provides an air flow regulator for air conditioner arranged to the air outlet of the air conditioner having an air pipe and a diversion. The air flow regulator for air conditioner includes a regulating device, regulating unit, and an operating unit. The regulating device is arranged to an air outlet of an air conditioner for regulating air flow coming out. The regulating unit is arranged to the regulating device to spread or shut the regulating device. The operating unit is arranged to the regulating unit to drive the regulating unit so as to control the regulating device.
  • The regulating device has a plurality of fans, and a scale is arranged to the diversion of the air outlet to show the status of the regulating device.
  • Comparing to the prior art, the present invention has advantage of regulating the air flow without removing the air outlet of the air conditioner. Users only have to drive the operating unit to spread or shut the regulating device to regulate the air flow.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is an exploded view of the present invention.
  • FIG. 2 is an exploded view showing the present invention and an air conditioner.
  • FIG. 3 is a side view showing the present invention arranged to the air conditioner.
  • FIG. 4 is a schematic view showing a shut regulator of the present invention.
  • FIG. 5 is a schematic view showing a partial spread regulator of the present invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be provided in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.
  • Referring to FIG. 1, a schematic view showing a preferable embodiment of an air flow regulator of the present invention is illustrated. The air flow regulator 100 has a regulating device 1, regulating unit 2, and an operating unit 3. The regulating device 1 has a plurality of fans for regulating air flow came out from an air outlet of an air conditioner. The regulating unit 2 is arranged to the regulating device 1 to spread or shut the regulating device 1. The operating unit 3 is arranged to the regulating unit 2 to drive the regulating unit 2 so as to control the regulating device 1.
  • With reference to FIGS. 2 to 5, an air conditioner 4 includes an air pipe Sand a diversion 6. The diversion 6 has a pipe joint 61 and a diversion plate 62. The air pipe 5 is connected to the pipe joint 61 of the diversion 6 so as to supply conditioned air from the air conditioner 4 to the pipe joint 61. The conditioned air through the air pipe 5 will be blown out through the diversion plate 62.
  • While the air flow regulator 100 is applied to the diversion 6 of the air conditioner 4, the regulating device 1 is arranged inside the pipe joint 61 of the air flow guiding portion 6. The operating unit 3 is passed through a through hole 621 on a center of the diversion plate 62 so as to connect the regulating unit 2. Therefore, when the control unit 3 is rotated, the regulating device 1 will be rotated through the regulating unit 2 so as to regulate the air flow. The operating unit 3 has a index 31 on a bottom thereof, the index 31 matches to a scale 622 on the diversion plate 62. Therefore, users will know the status of the regulating device 1 through the index 31 and the scale 622 of the diversion plate 62.
  • While adjusting the air flow of the air conditioner 4, the user can rotate the operating unit 3 of the present invention so as to spread or shut the regulating device 1 to regulate the air flow out from the air conditioner 4. Moreover, the user can indentify the air flow by the index 31 and the scale 622.
  • The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
