Abstract
The inventive package for paste-like products is designed in the form of a flat packet which is made of a flexible material and has an opening line. The area adjacent to the opening line is provided with element the rigidity of which is greater than the rigidity of the package. The cross-section of the packet over the opening line is in the form of a narrow longitudinal aperture. The elements adjacent to the packet walls are in the form of stripes, the length of which corresponds to the length of the aperture formed when the packet is opened. The opening line is in the form of incisions and/or perforations. The closing element is made as a part of the packet which comprises the seam of the flat packet and is detachable when the packet is opened.
Description
- This application is a U.S. national phase application of a PCT application PCT/RU2009/000353 filed on 18 Feb. 2010, published as WO2010019074, whose disclosure is incorporated herein in its entirety by reference, which PCT application claims priority of a Russian Federation patent application RU2008133410 filed on 14 Aug. 2008.
- The utility model relates to the field of product packaging, in particular for packaging of paste-like products; it can be applied in food packaging used, for example, onboard a train and airplanes.
- Package known for liquid medicines is three-seam sachet resistant to exposure to children. Sachet is made of laminated film, and has extended seam along the longitudinal axis and transverse extended seams at each end. Sachet is provided with a special method of opening the package (see R.F. Pat. No. 2281892 “Sachet resistant to exposure to children”, IPC B65D 75/62 of Feb. 7, 2003.).
- Most similar to the proposed utility model for its essential features is a package for liquid dose medicines made in the form of sachet adopted as a prototype, and which has one longitudinal and two transverse seams and a opening groove made at the edge of the package (see Intl. Publ. WO 95/01921. “Sachet for liquid medicines” the IPC. B65D75/48, B65D75/62 of Jan. 19, 1995).
- Sachet packing type is used not only for packaging of liquid medicines, but also generally for packaging of products in various dosages.
- The disadvantages of the prototype include low consumer properties of packaging related to the fact that the release of products contained therein is uneven. This is conditioned by the fact that extraction of the contents of a package made of flexible material, goes out from a hole of a random shape. Moreover, the opening groove made on the flexible material of the package if used shortly and carelessly may result in rupture of the package in an unwanted place. In addition, when opening such a package the contact between consumer's hands and the contents of the package is possible. All this leads to lower consumer properties of the package.
- The task of prospective invention is to improve the consumer properties of the package. This task is achieved by the following: in the package for pasty products, made in the form of a flat package of a flexible material with an opening line, according to a utility model, the area adjacent to the opening line is provided with elements with the rigidity higher than the rigidity of the package.
- Moreover, the task is also solved by the section of the package along the opening line made in the shape of a narrow longitudinal hole.
- Elements are made in the form of stripes; their length fits the length of the hole formed when the package is being opened.
- The opening line is made in the form of perforation
- The package is equipped with the closing element which is made as a part of the package and which includes the seam of the flat packet and is detachable when the packet is opened.
- It is so designed that the opening of the package is exercised along the opening line by the notches and/or perforation. Specified closing element is the part of the package which is detachable when the package is opened and which includes the seam of the flat package.
- Implementation of the elements with the rigidity higher than the rigidity of the package makes the edges of the opened package of a certain shape and allows to easily release the contents in the form of a strip of a required thickness.
- In addition, such a design of the package protects from the product contained in the package being contacted by the consumer's hands, because the rigidity of exposed edges of the package prevents involuntary discharge.
- The hole which is formed at the opening and which has a shape of a narrow elongated slit ensures the release of the contents as a uniform strip.
- The elements in the form of strips allows to easily release the product contained in the package by pressing the package in the place free of the elements; this ensures a uniform release and application of the contents to the surface.
- The opening line made in the form of perforations allows for easy opening of the package by each user along the area of the package compacted by the elements, and prevents the package from rupturing in an unintended place and helps to avoid unwanted contact of the packaged product with the consumer's hands.
- Thus, as a result of the above the task of the utility model is solved, namely, consumer properties of paste-like products' packaging increase.
- The proposed mechanism is clarified in the drawing, which shows the following:
- FIG. 1—general form of packaging;
- FIG. 2—general form of packaging when opened.
- Packaging for paste-like products is designed as a
flat pack 1 of a flexible material. At the same time, package 1 also has openingline 2 made in the form of notches and/or perforation.Package 1 is equipped with theelements -
Elements package 1, inside or outside, and can be made in the form of strips.Elements longitudinal hole 6, may be shaped as strips of different sections; they are tightly adjacent to thepackage 1 closely to theopening line 2. The elements can be attached to the outside or the inside wall of the package, and remain on the package after it is opened. - The package is equipped with a
closing element 5 which is detachable part of the package when it is opened and which includes the flat pack's seam. - Cross section of the package along the
opening line 2 is a narrowlongitudinal hole 6. - The contents are accessed by opening the
package 1 along theopening line 2 . By pressing thepackage 1 consumer releases it through a narrowlongitudinal hole 6, which is formed between theelements - Opening and extraction of contents of the package is exercised without contact with the product, as when opening the package along the provided perforations and/or notch, customer holds the pack by the edge near the line of detachment; this is convenient, if the contents are fatted or dyeing.
- Size and width of the hole of the package may vary depending on the product being packaged.
