-
FIG. 1 is an exploded structural view of an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. - Hereinafter, the spirit of the present invention will be illustrated clearly with reference to the drawings and embodiments, and those skilled in the art can make alternation and modification under the teaching of the present invention with reference to the embodiments without departing the spirit and scope of the present invention.
- The machine body and the trash box of the present invention are securely assembled by a magnetic force and the present invention has a simple structure, which allows the user to quickly and conveniently assemble or separate the machine body and the trash box for the ease of cleaning the trash box.
- The easy disassemble sweeper of the present invention includes a sweeping device, a machine body and a trash box connected to the machine body, and further includes a magnet device for assembling or separating the trash box and the machine body.
- The implementation of the present invention is described in details below with reference to the following embodiments. As shown in
FIG. 1 , the easy disassemble sweeper according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes a sweeping device (not shown), a machine body 1 and atrash box 2 connected to the machine body 1. After fitting the machine body 1 and thetrash box 2, an interior space is formed for temporarily placing trash cleaned by the sweeper. The user may separate the machine body 1 and thetrash box 2 at any time to empty the trash in thetrash box 2. The present invention further includes a magnet device, which is separated disposed on the machine body 1 and thetrash box 2. In this manner, the machine body 1 and thetrash box 2 may be se curely assembled by a magnetic force based on the principle of the attraction of magnet and iron. Therefore, the user can quickly and conveniently assemble or separate the machine body 1 and thetrash box 2. The structure of the present invention is simple. Further, thetrash box 2 is equipped with a scraping strip made of soft PVC material which is integrated with thetrash box 2 as a single entity. The sweeping device includes a motor and a rotating brush driven by the motor via a belt. The sweeping device further includes a thermal resistor. The machine body 1 is provided with four durable wheels at a bottom thereof which are fabricated by an injection molding. The easy disassemble sweeper further includes a rechargeable battery in the machine body 1 for providing electric power for the sweeping device. The rechargeable battery does not detach from the sweeper when it is recharged. The brush has a brush shaft made of a hollow aluminum rod, so that the brush does not easily deform. The machine body 1 further includes a switch button mounted on a top surface thereof, so that users can press the switch button to start the motor, for example, can directly use one of their feet to start the motor. A transparent window is connected to a shell of the machine body 1 with ultrasound so that the structure is more solid and reliable. Furthermore, the magnet device includes amagnet block 11 and aniron block 21. Themagnet block 11 is disposed on the machine body 1 and themagnet block 11 is distributed around the machine body 1, and correspondingly, aniron block 21 is disposed on thetrash box 2 and theiron block 21 is distributed around thetrash box 2. In this manner, the machine body 1 and thetrash box 2 are stably assembled together. The positions and numbers of themagnet block 11 and theiron block 21 are corresponding to each other. The numbers of themagnet block 11 and theiron block 21 are respectively three, and definitely may be any number no less than one. Themagnet block 11 of this embodiment is disposed on the machine body 1, and correspondingly, theiron block 21 is disposed on thetrash box 2. Definitely, theiron block 21 may be disposed on the machine body 1, and correspondingly, themagnet block 11 is disposed on the trash box. In addition, themagnet block 11 may be placed in between thetrash box 2 and the machine body 1, and thetrash box 2 is directly removed from the machine body by using user's foot, therefore, it accords with human mechanics. - Furthermore, the
trash box 2 is vertically connected to the machine body 1, and may be vertically detached from the machine body 1. In this manner, the user can empty the trash conveniently, and the trash in thetrash box 2 is not spilled out in the detaching process. - Furthermore, the
magnet block 11 has one cavity (not shown), and correspondingly, one end of theiron block 21 is placed in the cavity to enhance the magnetic force between themagnet block 11 and theiron block 21. Therefore, the machine body 1 and thetrash box 2 are stably assembled together and this structure may provide the positioning function during assembling, which allows the user to quickly and conveniently assemble. In this embodiment, the cavity is disposed on themagnet block 11, and one end of theiron block 21 is disposed in the cavity of themagnet block 11. Definitely, the cavity may be disposed on theiron block 21, and one end of themagnet block 11 is disposed in the cavity of theiron block 21. - Furthermore, the present invention further includes one
