Seat 16 can have removable primary barrier 8 B covering secondary barrier 8 C. Primary barrier 8 B is adapted to come into contact with a user (not shown). When primary barrier 8 B is removed, secondary barrier 8 C is exposed and is then adapted to come into contact with a user. Primary barrier 8 B and secondary barrier 8 C each have substantially central opening 14 . Central opening 14 has a perimeter sufficient in size to receive human derived waste (not shown).

Abstract

A novel toilet bowl having an inclined surface being an angle between 30 degrees and 70 degrees in relation to the floor is capable of supporting a user as they lean against the toilet as opposed to sitting on the toilet. The inclined surface has a substantially central opening having a perimeter sufficient in size to receive human derived waste. The toilet bowl pitched at an inclined angle has a seat. The seat can receive a plurality of barriers, whereby a user tears away each layer to expose a new sanitary layer for a user to lean against. A toilet seat attachment has an inclined angle for use with an existing standard toilet. The toilet seat has an inclined surface for use with a toilet having a horizontal toilet bowl surface in relation to the floor. A user can be secured to the toilet seat with a seat belt.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates, generally, to a tapered toilet bowl. More particularly, it relates to a toilet bowl pitched at an inclined angle.
  • 2. Background Art
  • The standard toilet seat on many conventional toilet bowls has a substantially constant horizontal configuration, making it difficult for including, but not limited to, elderly individuals, disabled users, and surgery patients to stand up from a seated position. Replacement toilet seats are taller than standard toilet seats and have a substantially horizontal configuration, requiring a user to sit on the toilet seat with their legs bent at about a 90 degree angle in relation to the floor. Standing up from a position where a user's legs are bent at a 90 degree angle in relation to the floor is not easy and a user may need assistance from a hand railing for support from a seated position to a standing position. The problem with a hand rail is that it is bulky and would require additional parts, which would increase the costs associated with manufacturing. Additionally, a user may not have the strength to pull themself up from a toilet seat that has a substantially horizontal configuration. A hand rail requires a wall to attach to, the wall must be located parallel to the toilet. Thus, there is a need for a toilet seat that is configured at an inclined angle to allow a user to lean against the toilet seat as opposed to sitting on the toilet seat, which permits a user's knees to not have to be bent at a 90 degree angle in relation to the floor. Leaning against a toilet seat pitched at an inclined angle allows a user to stand up easier and more safely compared to the prior art toilet seats.
  • Currently, most prior art toilet seats on the market are configured for a user to utilize the strength from their thighs, lower back, and hips to resume a standing position from having their legs bent at about a 90 degree angle in relation to the floor. This may be painful or impossible for a user that does not have full function or impaired function of these muscle groups. Without a way for the toilet seat to facilitate a user back to a standing position, some users may injure themselves in the process of standing and may need the help of an additional device such as a hand railing, a walker, or another person.
  • There are several challenges to overcome with the use of a toilet seat having a standard horizontal configuration. One challenge being the need for a user to maintain a sitting position with the user's legs bent at about a 90 degree angle in relation to the floor. The problem with a toilet seat where the user's legs are positioned about 90 degrees in relation to the floor is that many users do not have the mobility to bend their legs 90 degrees. Additionally, users may not be able to lift themselves off of the toilet seat when their legs are positioned at about a 90 degree angle in relation to the floor. Thus, there is a need for an improved toilet seat pitched at an inclined angle to allow a limited mobility user to lean against the toilet seat instead of sit on the toilet seat, resulting in a user having the ability to remove themselves from the toilet seat with less effort than with the use of prior art toilet seats.
  • Currently, medical supply companies offer toilet seats configured for a user to sit on an elevated toilet seat having a horizontal configuration. These toilet seats have a raised configuration to allow a user to not have to lower their body down as far to come into contact with a standard toilet seat. However, when a user is in a seated position, their legs are still bent at about a 90 degree angle in relation to the floor, making it difficult for a user to stand up from a seated position on the toilet seat. Thus, there is a need for an improved, toilet seat having a ramp configuration pitched upward that facilitates a user to lean on the toilet seat having their legs stretched outward versus a user sitting on the toilet seat, allowing a user to not have to bend their legs.
  • Prior art toilet seats have a seating surface that is exposed to bacteria and viruses every time a user comes into contact with the toilet seat. Thus, there is a need for a toilet seat that provides a barrier from a user with the toilet seat surface. This is more desirable to a user because it is more sanitary. More particularly, a replaceable barrier is more effective at providing a sanitary toilet seat surface for a plurality of users.
  • Prior art toilet seats have a solid surface that may make sitting on the toilet seat uncomfortable for a user. Thus, there is a need for an improved toilet seat that conforms to a user when they sit on the toilet seat.
  • However, in view of the prior art considered as a whole at the time the present invention was made; it was not obvious to those of ordinary skill in the pertinent art how the identified needs could be fulfilled.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The long-standing but heretofore unfulfilled need for a toilet bowl having an inclined surface that is adapted for a user to lean against the toilet seat instead of sitting on the toilet seat which also includes improvements that overcome the limitations of prior art toilets, is now met by a new, useful, and non-obvious invention.
  • The novel toilet bowl having an inclined surface being an angle between 30 degrees and 70 degrees in relation to the floor is capable of supporting a user, whereby, a user leans against the toilet as opposed to a user sitting on the toilet. The inclined surface has a substantially central opening having a perimeter sufficient in size to receive human derived waste. The toilet bowl pitched at an inclined angle has a seat.
  • This novel invention also includes an improved toilet seat attachment having an inclined angle for use with an existing standard toilet. The toilet seat has an inclined surface for use with a toilet having a substantially horizontal toilet bowl surface in relation to the floor. The inclined surface has a substantially central opening having a perimeter sufficient in size to receive human derived waste. The toilet has a seat support surface that is located opposite a user support surface. The seat support surface is substantially horizontal relating to the surface of a floor. The seat support surface contacts a portion of the toilet bowel. The user support surface has an angle between 30 degrees and 70 degrees in relation to the floor. The user support surface is configured to allow a user to lean on the user support surface. It is important for a user to have the ability to modify a standard toilet, whereby, a user can lean against the toilet at an angle between 30 degrees and 70 degrees in relation to the floor, allowing a user's legs to be straightened out as they are leaning.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • In the following detailed description of the preferred embodiments, reference is made to the accompanying drawings, which form a part hereof, and within which are shown by way of illustration specific embodiments by which the invention may be practiced. It is to be understood that other embodiments may be utilized and structural changes may be made without departing from the scope of the invention.
  • In a preferred embodiment, FIGS. 1 and 2 show toilet 1 with toilet bowl having an inclined surface 15 having angle between 30 degrees and 70 degrees 2C (FIG. 1) in relation to floor 5 (FIG. 1). Toilet bowl having an inclined surface 15 is capable of supporting a user 19 (FIG. 12). Toilet bowel having an inclined surface 15 has a substantially central opening 14 having a perimeter great enough in size to receive human derived waste (not shown). Toilet bowl having an inclined surface 15 can have seat 16 (FIGS. 1-6). As shown in FIG. 2, at least one hinge 6 is located at the peaked end 7 of seat 16. An alternate embodiment shown in FIG. 6 depicts toilet seat 16 having central opening 14 and at least one bracket 13 connected to a portion of toilet seat 16. At least one bracket 13 is configured to secure toilet seat 16 to a surface of toilet bowl having an incline 15 (not shown). It is also within the scope of this invention for toilet seat 16 to have a sealing structure (not shown) to be secured to toilet bowl 15. The sealing structure (not shown) is located on the surface of toilet seat 16 that is in contact with toilet bowl 15. The sealing structure has a primary wall (not shown) located on the outer perimeter of toilet seat 16 and a secondary wall (not shown) located on the inner perimeter of central opening 14. The primary and secondary walls are located perpendicular to seat 16 and are configured to conform to toilet bowl 15.
  • Additionally, FIG. 2 depicts toilet bowl having an inclined surface 15 that can have a seatbelt configured to have primary portion 11A located opposite secondary portion 11B. Primary portion 11A and secondary portion 11B each having primary end 11C located opposite secondary end 11D. Primary end 11C of seatbelt primary portion 11A is connected to a surface of toilet bowl 15. Secondary end 11D of seatbelt primary portion 11 A having fastener 12 to connect secondary end 11D of primary portion 11A with secondary end 11D of secondary portion 11B. It is within the scope of this invention for the seatbelt to be attached to any surface of toilet 1 including, but not limited to, toilet bowl 15 or seat 16. FIG. 5 depicts toilet seat 16 having a seat belt with primary portion 11A located opposite secondary portion 11B. Primary portion 11A and secondary portion 11B each having primary end 11C located opposite secondary end 11D. Primary end 11C is connected to a surface of toilet seat 16 and secondary end 11 D having fastener 12 to connect secondary end 11D of primary portion 11A with secondary end 11D of secondary portion 11B. Uses for the invention could branch out to including, but not limited to, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, commercial businesses, or residential homes.
  • FIG. 3 shows toilet seat 16 having central opening 14. Toilet seat 16 has primary barrier 8B and secondary barrier 8C. Secondary barrier 8C is covered by primary barrier 8B. Primary barrier 8B is adapted to come into contact with a user (not shown). When primary barrier 8B is removed secondary barrier 8C is exposed. Secondary barrier 8C is configured to come into contact with a user. Primary barrier 8B and secondary barrier 8C each have a substantially central opening 14 having a perimeter sufficient in size to receive human derived waste. It is also within the scope of this invention for seat 16 to receive a plurality of barriers (not shown), whereby a user tears away each layer to expose a new sanitary layer for a user to lean against. The plurality of barriers can attach to toilet seat 16 by including, but not limited to, adhered together, secured onto the seat with a fastener, or placed into a tray adapted to position the plurality of barriers onto the seat (not shown).
  • FIG. 4 illustrates one embodiment of seat 16 having pliable surface 9 attached to ridged surface 10. Pliable surface 9 is adapted to come into contact with a user and ridged surface 10 is adapted to come into contact with toilet bowel having an inclined angle 15 (FIGS. 1 and 2). It is also within the scope of this invention as shown in FIG. 5 having toilet seat 16 with a pliable structure 9 adapted to come into contact with a user.
  • Although it is a preferred embodiment for a toilet bowl to have an inclined angle 15 (FIGS. 1 and 2) between 30 degrees and 70 degrees 2C (FIG. 1) in relation to floor 5 (FIG. 1), it is within the scope of this invention for an existing standard toilet to be modified with toilet seat attachment 2 having inclined surface 4A (FIGS. 7 and 8). Toilet seat attachment 2 having inclined surface 4A will allow a user to lean against an existing standard toilet without having to bend their legs at about a 90 degree angle in relation to floor 5 (FIG. 8). As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, toilet seat 2 has an inclined surface 4A for use with toilet 1 (FIGS. 7 and 8). Toilet seat 2 having an inclined surface 4A has a substantially central opening 14 (FIGS. 7, 8, 10, and 12) having a perimeter sufficient in size to receive human derived waste (not shown). Toilet seat 2 having an inclined surface 4A has seat support surface 3 (FIGS. 8-10) located opposite user support surface 4B. Seat support surface 3 is substantially horizontal relating to the surface of floor 5. Seat support surface 3 contacts toilet 1, more particularly, seat support surface 3 contacts toilet bowel surface 17 (FIGS. 7-8). FIGS. 8-10 show peaked end 7 of toilet seat 2 having 90 degree angle 2B in relation to floor 5 and seat support surface 3. User support surface 4B (FIGS. 8-10, and 12) has an angle between 30 degrees and 70 degrees 2C in relation to floor 5. User support surface 4B is configured to allow a user to lean on user support surface 4B. Toilet seat 2 having an inclined surface 4A can be attached to an existing standard toilet allowing a user to lean on instead of sit on the toilet seat. These embodiments are illustrative of the invention and are not exhaustive thereof. As toilet and toilet seat manufacturers add additional or different structures, still an inclined angle between 30 degrees and 70 degrees in relation to the floor will be required in future embodiments of the invention but all such future embodiments are within the scope of this invention.
  • For example, FIG. 9 illustrates toilet seat 2 having an inclined surface 4A having at least one hinge 6 pivotal at peaked end 7. At least one hinge 6 allows toilet seat 2 to be mounted onto a standard toilet and to be configured in a raised position (not shown) and a lowered position 18 (FIG. 8). It is also within the scope if this invention for toilet seat 2 to not be limited by at least one hinge 6, but to also include toilet seat 2 having at least one bracket 13 as shown in FIG. 11. At least one bracket 13 is connected to a portion of seat support surface 3 and at least one bracket 13 is configured to secure toilet seat 2 to a portion of toilet 1. It is also within the scope of this invention for toilet seat 2 to have a sealing structure (not shown) to be secured to toilet bowl surface 17. The sealing structure (not shown) is located perpendicular to seat support surface 3 and is in contact with toilet bowl surface 17. The sealing structure has a primary wall (not shown) located on the outer perimeter of toilet seat 2 and a secondary wall (not shown) located on the inner perimeter of central opening 14. The primary and secondary walls are located perpendicular to seat 2 and are configured to conform to toilet bowl surface 17. Thus, toilet seat 2 having an inclined surface 4A will attach to all currently known standard toilets and in view of this disclosure any future changes in bracket 1, hinge 6, or sealing structure (not shown) can be met.
  • FIGS. 9 and 10 show toilet seat 2 having an inclined surface 4A having primary barrier 8B and secondary barrier 8C located on user support surface 4B. Secondary barrier 8C is covered by primary barrier 8B. Primary barrier 8B is adapted to come into contact with a user. When primary barrier 8B is removed, secondary barrier 8C is exposed. Primary barrier 8B and secondary barrier 8C have substantially central opening 14 (FIG. 10) having a perimeter sufficient in size to receive human derived waste (not shown). It is also within the scope of this invention for toilet seat 2 having an inclined surface 4A to have plurality of barriers 8A (FIG. 9) attached on user support surface 4B.
  • FIG. 9 illustrates toilet seat 2 having a pliable structure 9 adapted to come into contact with a user. Alternatively, FIG. 10 shows toilet seat 2 having a pliable structure 9 attached to a ridged surface 10. Pliable structure 9 is adapted to come in contact with a user (not shown) and ridged surface 10 that is adapted to come in contact with toilet 2 (not shown). FIG. 9 shows a seat belt having primary portion 11A having primary end 11C connected to toilet seat 2 and having secondary end 11D connected to fastener 12.
  • FIG. 12 shows toilet 1 having toilet seat 2 having inclined surface 4A being an angle between 30 degrees and 70 degrees 2C (not shown) in relation to floor 5. User is in contact with user support surface 4B. Toilet seat 2 is adapted to allow user 19 to lean against toilet seat 2 with user's 19 legs in a straightened position. Toilet seat 2 has central opening 14. User 19 can be secured to toilet seat 2 with a seat belt having seat belt primary portion 11A and seat belt secondary portion 11B. Seat belt primary portion 11A and seat belt secondary portion 11B both have primary end 11C located opposite secondary end 11D. The seat belt has fastener 12.
  • An important object of this invention is to provide toilet 1 with the use of toilet seat 2 having an inclined surface 4A. This toilet seat attachment allows a user to modify an existing toilet so a user can lean against, rather than sit on the toilet seat.
  • Additional objects include, but are not limited to, the provision of toilet bowl having an inclined surface 15 between 30 degrees and 70 degrees 2 C having seat 16, seat 16 having at least one hinge 6 pivotal at peaked end 7 of seat 16, seat 16 having a plurality of removable barriers 8A-8C, seat 16 having pliable structure 9, seat 16 having pliable structure 9 and ridged surface 10, seat 16 having a seatbelt, toilet bowl 15 having a seatbelt, toilet seat attachment 2 having at least one hinge 6 pivotal at peaked end 7 of toilet seat 2, toilet seat 2 having sanitary barriers 8A-8C, toilet seat 2 having pliable structure 9, toilet seat 2 having pliable structure 9 attached to ridged surface 10, toilet seat 2 having a seatbelt, and toilet seat 2 having at least one bracket 13.
  • These and other important objects, advantages, and features of the invention will become clear as this description proceeds.
  • The invention accordingly comprises the features of construction, combination of elements, and arrangement of parts that will be exemplified in the description set fourth hereinafter and the scope of the invention will be indicated in the claims.
  • Construction of the Novel Toilet Bowl Having an Inclined Surface
  • Referring again to FIG. 2, seat 16 can have at least one hinge 6 pivotal at peaked end 7. Hinge 6 allows seat 16 to be placed in a down position or an up position. It also, allows for seat 16 to be attached to toilet bowl having an inclined angle 15. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 6, another embodiment of seat 16 has at least one bracket 13 connected to a portion of seat 16. At least one bracket 13 is configured to secure seat 16 to a surface of toilet bowel 15. At least one bracket 13 is adapted to conform to a portion of toilet bowel 15.
  • Referring now to FIG. 3, seat 16 can have at least one tear-away sheet 8B and 8C of including, but not limited to, paper or plastic that are connected thereto. Tear-away sheet 8B and 8C act as a barrier for disease between toilet seat 16 and a user (not shown). Removable barrier 8B and 8C promote a sanitary surface for a user to come into contact with when a user leans against toilet seat 16. Seat 16 can have removable primary barrier 8B covering secondary barrier 8C. Primary barrier 8B is adapted to come into contact with a user (not shown). When primary barrier 8B is removed, secondary barrier 8C is exposed and is then adapted to come into contact with a user. Primary barrier 8B and secondary barrier 8C each have substantially central opening 14. Central opening 14 has a perimeter sufficient in size to receive human derived waste (not shown).
  • Seat 16 can also have a plurality of removable barriers (not shown) in contact with a surface of toilet seat 16, allowing toilet seat 16 to have a sanitary barrier exposed for a user to come into contact with. The plurality of barriers are configured to have secondary barrier 8C covered by primary barrier 8B, allowing a user to come into contact with primary barrier 8B. The user can remove primary barrier 8B to expose secondary barrier 8C. When secondary barrier 8C is removed, a tertiary barrier (not shown) is exposed and is configured to receive a user. The plurality of barriers has a substantially central opening 14 having a perimeter sufficient in size to receive human derived waste (not shown).
  • Referring again to FIG. 3, it is also within the scope of this invention for a user to place a removable barrier on seat 16 prior to use. The removable barrier can be stored separate from toilet seat 16 and a user can place the barrier in contact with toilet seat 16 prior to the user leaning on toilet seat 16.
  • In another embodiment, FIG. 4 shows seat 16 having pliable surface 9 attached to ridged surface 10. Pliable surface 9 is adapted to come into contact with a user (not shown) and ridged surface 10 is adapted to come into contact with the toilet bowl (not shown). Pliable surface 9 includes, but not limited to, foam, gel, a slip resistant material, or plastic that can conform to a user when a user is leaning against seat 16. Pliable surface 9 provides a user comfort when being supported by toilet seat 16. It is also within the scope if this invention for seat 16 to have pliable structure 9 (FIG. 5) adapted to come into contact with a user.
  • In another embodiment, FIG. 2 shows toilet bowl having an inclined surface 15 with a seat belt having a primary portion 11A located opposite secondary portion 11B. Primary portion 11A and secondary portion 11B each have primary end 11C located opposite secondary end 11D. Primary end 11C of the seat belt is connected to a surface of toilet bowl 15. Secondary end 11D of the seat belt has fastener 12 to connect secondary end 11D of primary portion 11A with secondary end 11D of secondary portion 11B. Toilet bowl 15 can have at least one length of material 11A and 11B great enough in length to secure a user to toilet 1. Length of material 11A and 11B includes, but is not limited to, a rope, a chain, a seat belt, a strap, or a belt. Fastener 12 includes, but is not limited to, a hook and loop attachment, a clip, a button, or a buckle. Additionally, as shown in FIG. 5, seat 16 can have a seat belt having primary portion 11A located opposite secondary portion 11B. Primary portion 11A and secondary portion 11B each have primary end 11C located opposite secondary end 11D. Primary end 11C of the seat belt is connected to a surface of seat 16. Secondary end 11D of the seat belt has fastener 12 to connect secondary end 11D of primary portion 11A with secondary end 11D of secondary portion 11A.
  • Referring again to FIG. 9, toilet seat 2 can have at least one hinge 6 pivotal at the peaked end 7 of seat 2. In another embodiment, FIG. 11 shows toilet seat 2 having at least one bracket 13 connected to a portion of seat 2. At least one bracket 13 is configured to secure seat 2 to at least one side of toilet bowel surface 17. At least one bracket 13 is adapted to conform to a portion of toilet bowel surface 17. FIGS. 9 and 10 illustrate toilet seat 2 can have primary barrier 8B and secondary barrier 8C located on user support surface 4B. Secondary barrier 8C is covered by primary barrier 8B. Primary barrier 8B is adapted to come into contact with a user and is removable to expose secondary barrier 8C. When secondary barrier 8C is removed, a tertiary barrier (not shown) is exposed and configured to receive a user. Primary barrier 8B and secondary barrier 8C have substantially central opening 14 having a perimeter sufficient in size to receive human derived waste.
  • Referring to FIG. 9, toilet seat 2 can also have plurality of removable barriers 8A attached on user support surface 4B. Plurality of barriers 8A are configured to have secondary barrier 8C covered by primary barrier 8B allowing a user to come into contact with primary barrier 8B. The user removes primary barrier 8B to expose secondary barrier 8C. Primary barrier 8B and secondary barrier 8C have substantially central opening 14 having a perimeter sufficient in size to receive human derived waste. Alternatively, a user may place a removable barrier on seat 2 prior to use. The barrier can be stored separate from toilet seat 2 and a user can place the barrier in contact with toilet seat 2 prior to the user leaning on toilet seat 2.
  • In another embodiment shown in FIG. 10, toilet seat 2 has pliable structure 9 adapted to come into contact with a user. Pliable structure 9 can be attached to ridged surface 10 that is in contact with toilet bowl surface 17 (FIG. 8).
  • In another embodiment shown in FIG. 12, toilet seat 2 has a seat belt having primary portion 11A located opposite secondary portion 11B. Primary portion 11A and secondary portion 11B each have primary end 11C located opposite secondary end 11D. Primary end 11C is connected to a surface of toilet seat 2. Secondary end 11D of the seat belt has fastener 12 to connect secondary end 11D of primary portion with secondary end 11D of secondary portion 11B, thereby, securing user 19 to toilet seat 2.
  • Terms

  • It is also to be understood that the following claims are intended to cover all of the generic and specific features of the invention herein described, and all statements of the scope of the invention that, as a matter of language, might be said to fall therebetween.
  • Now that the invention has been described,

Claims (18)

The invention claimed is:
1. A toilet bowl having an inclined surface, comprising:
said inclined surface being an angle between 30 degrees and 70 degrees in relation to the floor;
said inclined surface capable of supporting a user; and,
said inclined surface having a substantially central opening, said central opening having a circumference sufficient in size to receive human derived waste.
2. The toilet bowl having an inclined surface of claim 1, wherein said toilet bowl having a seat.
3. The toilet bowl having an inclined surface of claim 2, wherein said seat having at least one hinge pivotal at a peaked end of said seat.
4. The toilet bowl having an inclined surface of claim 2, wherein said seat having a first barrier and a second barrier, said second barrier is covered by said first barrier, said first barrier is adapted to come into contact with said user, said first barrier is removable, whereby, said second barrier is exposed, said second barrier is adapted to come into contact with said user, said first barrier and said second barrier each having a substantially central opening, said central opening having a circumference sufficient in size to receive human derived waste.
5. The toilet bowl having an inclined surface of claim 2, wherein said seat having a plurality of barriers in contact with said seat, said plurality of barriers are configured to have a first barrier covered by a second barrier allowing a user to come into contact with said first barrier, whereby, said user removes said first barrier to expose said second barrier, said plurality of barriers having a substantially central opening, said central opening having a circumference sufficient in size to receive human derived waste.
6. The toilet bowl having an inclined surface of claim 2, wherein said seat having a pliable structure, said pliable structure is adapted to come into contact with a user.
7. The toilet seat of claim 6, wherein said pliable structure is attached to a ridged surface, said pliable structure is adapted to come into contact with a user, said ridged surface is adapted to come into contact with said toilet bowl.
8. The toilet bowl having an inclined surface of claim 1, wherein said toilet bowl has a seat belt having a first portion located opposite a second portion, said first portion and said second portion each having a first end located opposite a second end, said first end of said seat belt connected to a surface of a toilet, said second end of said seat belt having a fastener to connect said second end of said first portion with said second end of said second portion.
9. The toilet bowl having an inclined surface of claim 2, wherein said seat has a seat belt having a first portion located opposite a second portion, said first portion and said second portion each having a first end located opposite a second end, said first end of said seat belt connected to a surface of said seat, said second end of said seat belt having a fastener to connect said second end of said first portion with said second end of said second portion.
10. The toilet bowl having an inclined surface of claim 2, wherein said seat has at least one bracket, said at least one bracket is connected to a portion of said seat, said at least one bracket is configured to secure said seat to at least one side of said toilet bowl.
11. A toilet seat, comprising:
an inclined surface for use with a toilet, said inclined surface having a substantially central opening, said central opening having a circumference sufficient in size to receive human derived waste;
said toilet seat having a seat support surface located opposite a user support surface;
said seat support surface being substantially horizontal relating to the surface of a floor, said seat support surface contacting said toilet;
said user support surface having an angle between 30 degrees and 70 degrees in relation to said floor; and,
said user support surface configured to allow a user to lean on said user support surface.
12. The toilet seat of claim 11, wherein said toilet seat having at least one hinge pivotal at a peaked end of said toilet seat.
13. The toilet seat of claim 11, wherein said toilet seat having a first barrier and a second barrier located on said user support surface, said second barrier is covered by said first barrier, said first barrier is adapted to come into contact with a user and is removable, whereby, said second barrier is exposed, said first barrier and said second barrier having a substantially central opening, said central opening having a circumference sufficient in size to receive human derived waste.
14. The toilet seat of claim 11, wherein said toilet seat having a plurality of barriers attached on said user support surface, said plurality of barriers are configured to have a second barrier covered by a first barrier allowing a user to come into contact with said first barrier, whereby, said user removes said first barrier to expose said second barrier, said first barrier and said second barrier having a substantially central opening, said central opening having a circumference sufficient in size to receive human derived waste.
15. The toilet seat of claim 11, wherein said toilet seat having a pliable structure, said pliable structure is adapted to come in contact with a user.
16. The toilet seat of claim 15, wherein said pliable structure is attached to a ridged surface, said pliable structure is adapted to come into contact with a user, said ridged surface is adapted to come in contact with said toilet.
17. The toilet seat of claim 11, wherein said toilet seat has a seat belt having a first portion located opposite a second portion, said first portion and said second portion each having a first end located opposite a second end, said first end of said seat belt connected to a surface of said toilet seat, said second end of said seat belt having a fastener to connect said second end of said first portion with said second end of said second portion.
18. The toilet seat of claim 11, wherein said toilet seat has at least one bracket, said at least one bracket is connected to a portion of said seat support surface, said at least one bracket is configured to secure said toilet seat to at least one side of said toilet.
