SUMMARY To this e'nd,.l employ an elongatedhollow tube open at one end. A wire frame is secured to the other end of tube and the mouth of a disposable bag is wrapped over and around wire frame. An elongated rod or handle having a scoop detachably secured at one end engages at its other end into the open end of the tube.
In use the rod is removed from the tube and the excrement is scooped upon the scoop. The bag is untied with the frame holding the bag open. The scoop and contents are dumped into the bag as it is removed from the frame and closed by strings. The bag and contents are disposed of and a new scoop is secured to the rod.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS- DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An elongated tube is .at least partially hollow with one open end 12. An elongated rod 14 has one end detachably slidable into end 12. The other end of rod 14 carries a detachabledisposable scoop 16.
The end of tube 10 remote from end 12 is secured to a vertex of an open isosceles triangular frame 16. This vertex is opposite the base 18 of the triangle. The base extends at right angles to the tube and has loops 20 at each end. The frame and tube are coplanar. A disposable bag 22 has a neck secured to the remote end of tube 1.0 by tying thongs 24 disposed in recess or groove 26 in the tube.'The frame extends into the bag. The invention can then be used as previously described.
While I have described my invention with particular reference to the'drawings, such is not to be considered as limiting its actual scope.
Having thus described this invention, what is asserted as new is:
l. A sanitary device comprising: an elongated hollow tube open at one end; a wire frame secured to the other end of the tube; a bag supported by said frame; an elongated rod, one end of the rod slidably engaging the open end of the tube; and a disposable excrement scoop secured to the other end of the rod; wherein said frame is an isosceles triangle coplanar with the rod and tube the base of the triangle extending at right angles to the tube; wherein said bag is disposable and secured detachably to the other end of the tube; and wherein said'other end of the tube has a slot for receiving tying thongs of the bag; said scoop being disposable to receive excrement, and to dump the contents thereof into said disposable bag.
