IMPROVED SODA-FOUNTAIN.

Speciliealion forming part of Letters Patent N0. 5,033, (lated September I1, 1866.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, EDWARD B. VRIGHT, of Cincinnati, Hamilton county, Ohio, have invented a new and useful Soda-Fountain; and I do hereby declare the following1 to be a full, clear, and exact description thereof, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, makor pipe, B, which, entering an ice-chamber,

C, assumes therein the form ot' a coil, B', and is discharged at a fountain, D, in the usual mlilllel.

The reservoir may have double or triple Walls a, so as to serve as a cooler, as Well as the chamber C.

The reservoir contains a solution ot' superoarbonate of soda in Water, and the effervescence is effected by the combination of the same with acid in the tumbler.

This invention saves the trouble and expense ot' charging the receiver with gas or compressed air.

I claim herein as new and of my invention- The provision otl the elevated reservoir A, pipe B, coil B', refrigerating-chamber C, and fountain D, combined and adapted to operate as set forth.
