PATENT OFFICE Harry J. Terker, Brooklyn, N. Y., assignor to Greenpoint Metalcraft Incorporated, Brooklyn, N. Y.

Term of patent 7 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Harry J. Terker, a citizen of the United States and residing at Brooklyn, in the county of Kings and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamenal Design for a Chair or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, and in which The figure is a perspective view of a chair consisting of two side members having a floor runner portion, which, as shown, are curved to serve as a rocker. The ends of the floor runner portions as shown are turned inwardly to meet a partial circular frame and then are curved upwardly and outwardly inside of said circular frame.

The two side members, as shown, are connected together by cross pieces, two adjacent the floor, extending between the floor runner portions and one extending in rear of the back.

What is claimed is:

The ornamental design for a chair or similar article substantially as shown and described.
