Aug. 18, 1936. w. R. THOMAS Des. 100,930

BOTTLE Filed April 11, 1935 Patented Aug. 18, 1936 UNITED STATES Des. 100,930

PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A BOTTLE Application April 11, 1935, Serial No. 56,327

Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, William R. Thomas, a citizen of the United States, residing at Los Angeles, in the county of Los Angeles, and State of California, have invented a new, original, and orna mental Design for a Bottle, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing forming a part thereof.

In the drawing, Fig. 1 is a top plan view of a bottle showing my new design, and Fig. 2 a front view of the same.

My bottle design is characterized by a bulged smooth surfaced lip, a straight stippled wall uni- Iormly gradually flaring from the lip to a point Well below the longitudinal center of the bottle to define an elongated frusto-conical section, the straight wall then merging into a reversely curved stippled wall which defines a relatively wide reduced section and a bulged section constituting the major diameter of the bottle, and a narrow smooth surfaced tapering base section. The bottle carries near the base of its frusto-conical section a colored disk above which the bottle wall has a smooth surfaced curved area.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a bottle, as shown and described.

WILLIAM R. THOMAS.
