Be it known that I, Fred T. Radley, a citizen of the United States, residing at Oakland, in the county of Alameda and State of California, have invented a new, original, and ornamental De sign for a Combined Flowerpot and Seed Package Display Rack, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

The figure on the drawing is a perspective view of a combined flowerpot and seed package display rack, showing my new design.
