DESIGN FOR AN OVERALL Oscar E. Kratz, Kansas City, Mo., assignor to The H. D. Lee Mercantile 00., Kansas City, Mo., a corporation of Kansas Application February 17, 1936, Serial No. 61,199

Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Oscar E. Kratz, a citizen of the United States, residing at Kansas City, Jackson County, State of Missouri, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for an Overall, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Figure 1 is a rear view of an overall showing my design.

Figure 2 is an enlarged fragmental perspective view showing more clearly than Figure 1, the construction, contour and appearance of the overlapping of the upper portions of the back and their respective unitary shoulder strap extensions.

The front of the garment is conventional.

The characteristic features of the design reside in the shape of the crossed overlapping portions of the upper end of the back to form a vertically elongated shield having shoulder strap continuations standing at opposite sides of the vertical center of the overall with respect to the leg portions with which they are integral or onepiece in formation.

I claim:

The ornamental design for an overall, as shown and described.

OSCAR E. KRATZ.
