Be it known that I, Frederic H. Rauh, a citizen of the United States, residing at No. 339 Warwick Avenue, South Orange, in the county of Essex and State of New Jersey, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Shears for Cutting Sheet Metal, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In the drawing Figure 1 is a plan view; Figure 2 is a perspective View showing the shears partially opened and Figure 3 is a front view showing the shears closed.

I claim:

The ornamental design for shears for cutting sheet metal, as shown and described.
