PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A SHOE- Charles H. Caldwell, Brockton, Mass., assignor to Geo. E. Keith Company, Campello, Mass., a corporation of Massachusetts Application December 24, 1936, Serial No. 66,737

Be it known that I, Charles H. Caldwell, a

citizen of the United States, residing at Brockton, in the county of Plymouth and State of Massachusetts, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Shoe, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof. f

In the drawing:

Figure 1 is a top plan of a shoe showing my new design;

Figure 2 is a, side elevation showing one' side of the shoe of Figure 1; and

Figure 3 is a side elevation showing the other side of the shoe of Figure 1.

The essential feature of the invention resides n in the arrangement and combination of lines of stitching and rectangular punched holes in the material of which the vamp and quarter` are made. As the design is applicable to shoes of various shapes and styles the representation of shoe is merely conventional, for showing an application of the design.

I claim: The ornamental design for a shoe, as shown and described.
