PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A SHOE Charles Spalsbury, Fredericktown, Mo., assignor to Spalsbury-Steis-Deevers Shoe (30., Fredericktown, Mo., a corporation of Missouri Application August 21, 1936, Serial No. 64,511

Term of patent 3% years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Charles Spalsbury, a citizen of the United States of America, residing in Fredericktown, county of Madison, and State of Missouri, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Shoe, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, in which:-

Fig. l is a plan view of a shoe showing my new design, the essential feature of which is the shape and appearance of the ornament shown in full lines and its placement on a shoe, the shoe illustrated in broken lines on the drawing being conventional.

Fig. 2 is a perspective view thereof; and

Fig. 3 is a fragmentary side elevation of the same.

The ornamental design for a shoe substantially as shown and described.
