PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A DISPLAY CONTAINER OR SIMILAR ARTICLE Application August 9, 1935, Serial No. 58,050
Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, Ernest M. Brogden, a citizen of the United States, residing at Orlando, county of Orange, State of Florida, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Display Container, or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, and in which:
Fig. l is a perspective view of the article showing my design;
Fig. 2 is an end or corner view;
Fig. 3 is a top plan view.
The design of my container comprises a tray or body portion comprising a relatively shallow bowl, having blunt corners, and part-cover members, the latter each having a generally segmental contour in plan and with an outwardly rounded contour in lines transverse to its line of connection with the tray or body portion and all of said members formed with peripheral edges leaving the top of the container open centrally and at its corners in the closed position of said members.
What is claimed is:
The ornamental design for a display container, or similar article, as shown and described.
