Sept. 7, 1937. v s. 'WEINSTAT 41 SHOE Filed July 25, 1936 INVENTOR I 7K kit far ATTOENEY Patented Sept. 7, 1937 UNITED STATES Des. 106,003

PATENT OFFICE 100,003 DESIGN FOR A snon Application July 25, 1936, Serial No. 64,038

Term of patent 3% years To all whom it may concern.

Be it known that I, Samuel Weinstat, a citizen of the United States, residing at New York, in the county of New York and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Shoe, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thei eof, in which Fig. 1 is a plan view of a shoe showing my new design, and

Fig. 2 is a View of the shoe in side elevation, the heel being shown conventionally in dotted lines.

The ribbon bow shown in Fig. 2 is omitted in Fig. 1 for clarity of illustration.

The dominant feature of my design resides in a vamp comprising a tip with a reentrant recess in its rear edge, two elongated pieces crossing the vamp diagonally and having rearwardly extending wings adjacent to the sole of the shoe, and forming reentrant angles, and quarters having forwardly inclined strap portions crossing said elongated pieces in such position as to form a rectangular opening at each side of the vamp.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a shoe substantially as shown and described.
