UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A TENNIS SHOE James F. Eldon, Binghamton, N. Y., assignor to Endicott Johnson Corporation, Endicott, N. Y.,

a corporation of New York Application December 6, 1937, Serial No. 73,406

Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that 1, James F. Eldon, a citizen of the United States, residing at Binghamton, in the county of Broome and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Tennis Shoe, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In the drawing:

Fig. l is a perspective View of the inner side of the tennis shoe showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a perspective View of the outerside of the shoe; and

Fig. 3 is a bottom plan View thereof.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a tennis shoe as shown.
