PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A SHOE Albert W. Lutz, Brockton, Mass, assignor to Geo.

E. Keith Company, Campello, Mass, a corporation of Massachusetts Application November 24, 1937, Serial No. 73,162

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that 1, Albert W. Lutz, a citizen of the United States, residing at Brockton, in the county of Plymouth and State of Massachusetts, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Shoe, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In the drawing:

Figure 1 is a top plan of a shoe showing my new design; and

Figure 2 is a side elevation of the same.

Both sides of the shoe present substantially the same appearance.

Term of patent 3 /2 years The essential feature of the invention resides in the arrangement and combination of bands, defined by lines of stitching, and emphasized by surface treatment, at the forepart of the shoe, on the material of which the shoe is made. As the design is applicable to shoes of Various shapes and styles the representation of shoe is merely conventional, for showing an application of the design.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a shoe, as shown and described.

ALBERT W. LU'IZ.
