PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A MIXING MACHINE OR SHVII- LAR ARTICLE Herbert Rosengren, Woodcliff Lake, N. J., assignor to American Machine & Foundry Company, a corporation of New Jersey Application January 6, 1938, Serial No. 74,115

Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Herbert Rosengren, a citizen of the United States, residing at Woodclifi Lake, in the county of Bergen and State of New Jersey, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Mixing Machine, or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

The figure shows a front perspective View of the mixing machine or similar article, showing my new design.

The other side and back of the machine are substantially plain except that a rectangular louver opening is located on the opposite side at substantially the same position as the opening shown.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a mixing machine or similar article, as shown and described.
