PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A SHOE Burton L. Wales, Abington, Mass., assignor to The Stetson Shoe Company, Incorporated, Weymouth, Mass, a corporation of Massachusetts Application December 19, 1938, Serial No. 81,867

Be it known that 1, Burton L. Wales, a citizen of the United States of America and a resident of Abington, in the county of Plymouth, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Shoes, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.
In the drawing:
Fig. 1 is a plan view of a shoe, showing my new design, and
Fig, 2 is a side elevation.
Applicants design consists in the combination of the moccasin front, the distinctive cut of the side portions, the tie string extending around the top, and the heel, substantially as shown.
The ornamental design for a shoe, substantially as shown and described.
