PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A TEXTILE FABRIC Curt E. Forstmann, Montclair, N. J.
Application April 7, 1939, Serial No. 84,120
Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, Curt E. Forstmann, a citi- Zen of the United States, residing at Montclair, in the county of Essex and State of New Jersey, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Textile Fabric, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.
The figure is a plan view of a piece of fabric embodying the design.
The design embodies a series of spaced diagonal stripes each comprising three closely arranged parallel cords, the cords having a twisted appearance resulting from the floats which constitute the cords lying side by side, parallel and at a slight inclination to the axis of the cords, the background between the stripes showing a plain sunken surface.
The ornamental design for a textile fabric, as described and as shown.
