Be it known that we, Raymond Munson, Irving N Lax, and Milton Silverstein, citizens of the Uiited States of America, residing, respectively, at New York, in the county and State of New Ycrk; New York, in the county and State of New York; and Brooklyn, in the county of Kings, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Receptacle for Paper Tissues and the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.
This application is a substitute for our earlier application, Serial No. D. 70,626, filed July 24, 1937.
The design is characterized by a receptacle provided with an ornamental border, and a lipshaped opening with a lip-shaped flap closure, there being a border around the opening and on the flap closure, all as illustrated in the drawmg.

Fig. 1 is a plan view of a full size receptacle with the flap closed, and Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the same receptacle with the flap open, showing our new design. Fig. 3 is a cross sectional view of Fig. 2, along the line 3-3.
