PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A SHOE SOLE Paul A. Sperry, New Haven, Conn.

Application April 25, 1939, Serial No. 84,538

Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Paul A. Sperry, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at New Haven, county of New Haven, and State of Connecticut, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for 9. Shoe Sole, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a bottom plan view of a shoe sole showing my new design; and

Fig. 2 is a sectional view on line 2-2 of Fig. 1. I claim: The ornamental design for a shoe sole, substantially as shown.
