PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR- A SUITCASE OR SIMILAR ARTICLE Samuel Balin, Newark, N. J., assignor to Orenstein Trunk Corporation, Newark, N. J., a corporation of New Jersey To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that 1, Samuel Balin, a citizen of the United States and a resident of Newark, in the county of Essex and State of New Jersey, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Suitcase or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Figure 1 is a perspective view of a suitcase showing my new design.

Figure 2 is a side elevational view on an enlarged scale of the suitcase view ng it from the side opposite that shown in Figure 1.

Figure 3 is an end elevational view of the suitcase, and

Figure 4 is a transverse sectional View on an enlarged scale taken on the line 4-4 of Figure 3.

The design is characterized by a suitcase of the configuration shown having beaded leather edges with flanges extending inwardly from said edges in the specific manner shown. The beads and flanges contrast in color and texture with the surface of the suitcase.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a suitcase or similar article, as shown and described.
