INVENTOR raa/nl R m w y E IL W m UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE,

CHARLES KITSCHELT, OF NEW YORK, N. Y., ASSIGNOR T0 NICHOLAS MULLERS SONS 85 (30., OF SAME PLACE.

DESIGN FOR TOILET-STAN D.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 11,812, dated June 8, 1880.

Application filed May 8, 1880. Term of patent 3! years.

To all whom it may concern Be it known that I, CHARLES KI'rsOHELT, of the city, county, and State of New York, have invented a new and original Design for Toilet-Stands, of which the following-is a full, clear, and exact description.

The nature of my design is fully shown in the accompanying drawing, to which reference is made.

The in rention relates to a design for a toiletstand; and it consists of an ornamental base resting upon legs and supporting a central figure which carries a clock.

A in the drawing represents the supportingbase of my stand, which rests on ornamental legs a at the center and ends. The base is on namented in any suitable manner, according to the character given to the entire stand.

A fanciful figure, B, is arranged on a slain, b, spread over the middle part of the base A, the figure carrying on its head and lifted arms a clock.

At each side of the central figure, B, the base A is provided with an indentation, into which a toilet-bottle D, may he placed, the whole forming a neat and striking design for a toilet-stand.

Haringthus described my invention, I claim as new and desire to secure by Letters Pat cut- The design for a toilet-stand, consisting of a supporting-base, A, provided with indenta tions on either side, and of a central figure, 13, the latter carrying the clock, substantially as described.

In testimony that I claim the foregoing as my invention I have signed it this 20th day of April, 1880.

CHARLES KITSCHELT.
